A little difficult to set up but once it was synced and linked to my phone it works great

I'm not convinced that the price is a good value. Conventional thermostats are ok. The only real benefit is distance control. The "smart" capability to set the temp is a hinderance unless you are very predictable.

Works as intended but wish you could add more than two houses to the same account.

This is the second nest we have owned. It has worked very well for us. As I am an individual who is blind, I particularly appreciate the app which is accessible from most functions. The only recommendation I would offer is the scheduler. That is not accessible right now because the schedule is in a grid and I have no way of navigating it. This does not impact my rating however as the nest ultimately remembers our heating preferences.

I love that it can be monitored and controlled via phone app. it learns your habits and saves you monies.

It is a really good product. Works well. The only non positive thing I could say if you have someone home all day long, The Nest never really goes into a different mode.

I love that I can control it from any room. Specially at night I don’t have to get up to turn it on or off.
