After replacing both in door and out door unit the nest was still giving me issues. It didn’t work well for me but other friends of mines have it with no issues.

There is only one issue I've dealt with that prevents me from giving it a full 5 stars. I admit that the issue I will state may be my own lack of knowledge, but it is my only frustration nonetheless. My Nest has learned the temps we use, and has automatically programmed itself (awesome). However during the day when it is set to 75 degrees it will allow the temp to get all the way to 79. I'm not sure why that happens, and it seems like more work to get it back to 75 after getting that high, Overall though, I love it!

They are so efficient and that's why I have upgraded all my thermostats from the Honeywell. I love the auto-away, schedule, usage history and the remote access features especially when I do travel quite a bit.
