It was great to know the thermostat would adjust when we were gone for a few days. Super easy setup. If looking for a rebate from your utility company, double check the rules and dates. We missed ours by a few days.

I enjoy all of the smart features and the feedback on the system. Sometimes I would come home and it was 80 degrees and it said 2.5+ hours to cool to 70

A range issue or wireless interference can cause your thermostat to disconnect from your Wi-Fi. Sometimes it may pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if it’s just a bit too far away. You may also check for objects such as mirrors and refrigerators between the thermostat and your router as these items could block the connection. Also, connectivity issues may occur when your system wires can't deliver enough power to keep the thermostats charged up. The thermostat uses the voltage from your system’s wires to keep its internal battery charged, so if the power from your system is insufficient, the thermostat will run on battery for a while but will turn off features like Wi-Fi to preserve battery life before it must turn off completely.

Nice wifi thermostat

If I knew that during my purchase I might of bought something to work with what I had and there is thermostats out there that don't require the third wire or c wire. Other than that I do like it.

I use apps that help kick off my thermostat to either lower or raise the temperature during the day depending on peak pricing hours. There is an eco feature which is useful because it will automatically turn your temperature down (or up) when you are not home. This has helped with our overall bill immensely.

I turn the temp up via app an hour before I come home from work so it’s toasty inside. Oh, and it looks cool. Glad I bought it.

I had some questions during the install. They quickly answered them and got me up and running in no time. Nest interface and iOS app make using it a joy.

You can control your ac with your phone with your voice. Its absolutely amazing.

I did have to shut off the learning feature as I would come home from work and my room was at 86 degrees but I’m pretty sure that as I learn more I will figure these things out.

It seemed to work well but there was a few issues i had with it. This model doesnt have a light inside so its difficult to see your wine, if the room isnt well lit. The noise is moderately quiet but louder than i expected. Whether or not i recommend it to a friend would depend on what exactly theyre looking for in a wine cooler.
