Disappointed. Worked fairly well with old furnace. Had initial difficulties getting the humidifier to work. Later replaced furnace with a Carrier product. Installers could not get to work with Nest until spending hours on phone with support. A month later furnace started turning off and on. Diagnosed as problem with Nest Thermostat. Ended up buying an Ecobee and now all works fine.

This makes comfortability very convenient from anywhere. Already starting to see the savings from adding this to my home.

Easy to set up and if you have any questions good customer support. It works with Alexa but you have to be specific in how you state your request which is kind of bad.

I’m having difficulty setting up the automatic settings since I’m at home a lot and my schedule differs each day. Also, sometimes we are unable to connect to the app, even when I’m sitting next to the router. Otherwise I expect this to be a pretty good product.

Already saving me money on my electric bill. After a week, I haven’t had to touch this as it’s learned my schedule. My parents now want one for their house.

The Nest learning is everything I had come to expect based on friends recommendations, reviews, as well as wi-fi functionality. So far highly satisfied.

I jave 3 properties with all NestI Love their products and awesome customer service if needed. Highly recommend!

I'm sure this is a good product, I've only ever heard good things about it, and I know people who have, and like, theirs, but I haven't found anyone to install it yet. I don't want to mess with those little tiny wires and mess up anything so I just have to wait for someone who has time.

I love my nest anything to save some energy and some cash. Great Investment easy to install and manage.

Best thermostat, I can feel the great quality and weight of it, not necessary though, you can get the same functionality but less quality material for less

Didnt work with my system, they wanted me to get an electrician to come out and upgrade my system from 2 wires to 4 so this would work. I got my own to work just fine.

Awesome thermostatA little confusing at first but once you figure out how to work it it’s awesome product and the saves you money

After a while the system will set up your thermostat based on your history. Can set the temp via your iPhone but sometimes not working - don't know if it is the phone or the nest. A little expensive - got product one month only so don't know if it is saving some electric bill

Any nest product you buy you will not be disappointed with, the Thermostat is no exception....it is fantastic!! Learns your patterns and saves money!!

In the beginnig, I was frustrated with the device because it wasn't working properly. After contacting Nest Customer Service (open 24/7). After speaking with Customer Service, i knew what I had did and how to make it work..Nest has outstanding Customer Service

Thermostat is nice a little disappointed with some of the app features especially the scheduling feature and the fact that if for some reason the WiFi goes out the thermostat stops working but it looks nice

A product that gives the correct temperature, not just something close. So many features and programs, a little confusing for us old people.
