Bought two Nest thermostats. Installed one upstairs and one downstairs. They work great maintain the house on a constant temperature. A bit pricey though.

The Nest is an easy way to control your air conditioner so it cools your home and also save you money in the long run.

Learned my schedule quick. Not a fan of the home or away feature but it did learn my schedule so that I don’t have to touch it at all!

The first Nest Smart Thermostat I bought lasted about 4 months and the wi-fi card stopped working. No matter what I did, I could not get it reconnected. I had Best Buy send a technician from Geek squad to check it out and he couldn't get it reconnected to wi-fi either. It wouldn't even look for wi-fi networks. He decided it was the wi-fi card. Since I'm a TotalTech member I had the old one uninstalled and and new Nest installed after almost two weeks of mix ups on the scheduling of the uninstall and install. Best Buy now farms out this work to a second party instead of using the Geek Squad and they couldn't get their act together except for one guy who finally helped me and did both the uninstall and install on the same day so I wouldn't have to go without A/C in 100 degree plus temperatures overnight. Now the new thermostat is acting up. At first everything was fine and I could control it from the thermostat, my Nest app and by voice using Alexa. Now Alexa voice control won't work and I can't get it reconnected and I'm at a lost. I'm afraid to go back to Best Buy because of what happened before so I'm just going without voice control, which I miss at night when I'm in bed.

Love it every minute I use it, sometimes the learning mode is annoying but the rest work fine

We love Nest thermostats so much we have put them in several house over the years. Can control them from your phone while away.

We have baseboard heaters plus a regular furnace. We were a little worried about it working with this baseboard but everything turned out great. We own 3 of these

This thing is perfect for maintaining your electricity bill a little lower. As a bonus it is nice to not get off the couch to change the temp.

I have been using smart Thermostats for a long time and Nest seems to be the most reliable and quality is always on point.

Since purchasing the nest 3rd gen thermostat we have saved 20 dollars in the first 3 months heating bills. It's amazing and couldn't live without it!

This is perfect for those who travel a fair bit. I can set the thermostat to conserve electricity while I'm gone and turn the AC back on before coming home. There are some additional features that allow it to sense when you're home and how you like the temperature based on certain times of the day and day of the week, but that's all a bit much for me.

I make gadget purchases that don't really provide me ROI but, this has already started saving me $ on my power bill. WOW!

I replaced all thermostats in the home and office with these. Really like everything about them, but wish the "learning" was a little more customizable, and wish there were remote sensors to tell us the temperature away from the hard-wired unit like some others have.

I love google stuff, nest is one of them. it's accurate and very sensitive.

The thermostat has a mind of it's own. It takes some getting used to, it has made my AC more efficient and my home very comfortable.

We loved this thermostat so much we actually gifted it to another family member for Christmas. Would recommend this over anything we’ve ever used.
