Wonderful piece of engineering. I've had 2 other models from Nest, and aside from the complexity of setup and use, everything else is flawless. App support is great, compatibility is fantastic. Worked first time I hooked it up and didn't need help wiring the thermostat to the AC unit. This was a wonderful experience in my opinion as my first hookup was filled with lots of problems. I felt that everything worked perfectly. Phone app, wonderful. Controls everything. Screen? Sharp and beautiful. On top of that; scheduling cooling and control is wonderful.

I’ve installed two of these in my home. The way they communicate with each other is incredible. Set up was a breeze. Always noticing s huge difference in the amount of time my units stay on. Great product and it will show you usage reports for each day. Our units average only 30-45 minutes on per day. Highly recommend.

This works perfectly and I save 12% in electricity after I install it The intelligence and learning function is perfect It memorizes the hours in which you need to have the right temperature so that you feel comfortable I recommend the purchase you will not regret it Great thermostat

My thermostat has been installed about a month. I really had no problems with the install and linking to the app. Everything worked on the first try. It was surprising how heavy the thermostat felt before I mounted it. As far as the thermostat's operation goes, it seems to get confused whether I am home or not. My schedule varies A LOT, and I have NO consistency for a daily schedule. That said, I would say this is why my Nest is confused! If I had a M-F 8-5 schedule I would guess everything would be great. My favorite part of the thermostat is when I pass close to it, the analog clock shows up. I don't have A/C and don't turn on the heat, so I really just have an expensive, but nice looking clock. I did get this on sale, used a gift card, and received a utility rebate, so I got a good deal anyway.

I like my Nest thermostats and think the app works well. Nice to be able to change them when I’m not home. I had three at my old home and never had any issues. I have two currently and one stoped being able to connect to the internet. It was pretty easy to talk with support and they sent me a new one. But unfortunately it’s been a couple months of it working and now the same thing is happening again.

This thermostat actually took me around 5 minutes to install. Very easy, very elegant. I actually got 2 of them as I had 2 thermostat. In black or white they look very fashionable and modern. Remote control and learning the preferred temperatures make it worth the price

This thing is amazing; looks cool and performs great. Easy install and setup. The wi-fi control from my iPhone is a great feature.

So far, I’m really liking the nest thermostat. It has integrated well with the rest of our Google Home gadgets, it looks great on the wall (which is unfortunately in my living room) and I’m hoping it makes a difference in my utility bills.

I couldn’t be more happy with this thermostat. It was about 30 minutes from taking the old thermostat off the wall and getting this one installed and up and running. Make sure to take a picture with your phone of your current wiring so that you don’t forget what wire is controlling what. Match up the wires to the easy diagram and it has worked flawlessly.

I definitely appreciate this device!!!! Saved me at least 150.00 a month and I got a rebate from the power company! Works well with the sensors! Google Nest saved my wallet!!! Thank you!

We purchase to be able to control it with our phone since we have kids and our oldest kids sometimes switches the temp... it's a great product and it's easy to use and set up . If you are sleeping and you get to hot or too cold you just change the temp with your phone .

This thermostat works great! Even though in your instructions it says you don't need a power adapter (C Wire) just get it! If you don't you will have all sorts of problems. Its easy to install and once you do it works like a BEAST!

Great Thermostat! Easy to setup and install and maintain

This is a quality built product. Very simple to set up. One caveat to it would be that it’s VERY sensitive to the wiring. If you don’t have the wires plugged into it just right, it will tell you right off the bat! This is both a blessing and a curse. Easy to use with either the Nest app or even the Home app with Apple

Controlled by my IPhone 6S Plus makes the Nest a breeze to operate, I give it six stars. Easy install also

Thermostat is Easy to use, good value, and has given us energy savings

I researched Nest for about a year on and off and weighed the pros and cons about replacing my thermostat. What I love is the app feature. I have set it to a "Locked" position so I can control it from anywhere and only I can control it. With the Nest, I have full control. It also lets me know how long the AC/Heat has been running and can learn your at home patterns.

We have 4 Nest thermostats at both our homes and can reduce our electric bill by adjusting the thermostat at the house we are not at and adjust the temperature to the house we are going to so the house comfortable when we arrive. If you forget to adjust the thermostat before you leave you can control the temperature from the App on the phone. Great product.

Easy to wire and learns temp settings fast. Stainless steel looks good.
