This is a must have for any home with an owner looking to have optimum efficiency with hvac systems.

This is a good thermostat that works well with the Nest app and Google Home. It lacks the ability to run the fan if the heating or cooling mode is off. My old thermostat could do this and I was disappointed to see that this could not.

Here I am, one year later. The nest has worked great with no issues but the price has dropped significantly. I paid like 250 with a 100 rebate originally, I ve seen this thing for as low as 75..

I am very satisfied with my Nest purchase, I was considering between Nest and Echobee4, but decided to go with Nest after reading several reviews.

Good stuff this thing is, it saves me alot of money and is great to see your temp from anywhere.

Helps you keep control on your AC as well as the options of ECO that helps you save energy when you are not at home.

Nice looking piece but the back plate (WHITE COLOR) is not LOOKING GOOD AT ALL THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN THE COLOR OF THE THERMOSTAT . HOPE THEY MAKE CHANGES OR AND GIVE OPTION TO REPLACE WITH THE COLOR OF THE THERMOSTAT

This is the best thermostat to control from your phone and save energy as it programs itself and knows when you are away. Highly recommend.

We are really happy with the Nest. Great when you travel. Another perk is the energy efficiency - only downside is that the absence setting causes the temperature to rise in the summer over night while you are in the house asleep - so we turned thay off when we are home.

Attractive and fairly easy to operate. Actually was more than we needed. Being retired now, we do not have a regular schedule so the 'learning' feature isn't something we will use. We just use it as a programmable thermostat. Works well with our Echo.

Love the nest software it is better than others but it’s annoying need for the common wire is just beyond annoying. Without it will run for a couple days then stop working right.

Works with smart devices Google home and a ton of other services. in the long run it will save you tons of money on your electric bill

it's ok I found it complicated to set up, I had ask for help from other person to help out. I wish will be a simpler way.

I like how it looks, just feel that the operating system needs to be easier to understand or just flow better, maybe I was just expecting more features. It's not hard or bad. It's supposed to turn off when we leave but I always check the app and it's still on.

It was a gift and we weren't sure if it would work on an older unit. It does. We did check the wires as they suggest on their website before purchase.
