Screen is bigger and automation of the house HVAC seems much smoother than the first generation device. Good product that I would recommend.

I don't like that nest sold to google and my old phone app no longer works. The old app was very superior to the new one that we were forced to convert to. I hate the app so much I may eventually switch to something else next time I need to upgrade.
