Still learning how this thing works. Not satisfied how it is detecting when I am not home, it seems to work some of the time and not others.

Bought this unit ,works great ,however in winter time I find out thru my a/c guy that this unit does not work when you try to use the heater,(not compatible with lennox a/c units) and doesnt show anything on the instructions book about being compatible or not,but too late when I find out,30 days was over and i couldn't return it.

You can lock kids out from changing temperature!!! They loved it!

Is a must get smart thermostat.easy to manage with my iphone

I bought the nest thermostat and it worked fine and saved me money on my air conditioning bills for a year. Now it is failing. I keeps setting the temperature back to 60 degrees or 70 degrees all by itself. The outside temperature here in Gilbert is about 65 at night and 91 in the daytime. I thought it was supposed to allow the air conditioner to go up to the set 81 degrees when we are not home and set to 76 when we are home. Overnight and random times during the day it does not allow the temperature to go up but goes down 10 to 15 degrees. I am waiting for my next electric bill. I called and they had me clear all the memory setting. That doesn't work. It started doing it again within 12 hours. I must call again and if They dont send me a new unit for free, I will remove it and send it back. Bust buy costomers I reccomend you wait to buy a nest thermostat until this matter is resolved. My electric bill has ........?

Takes three wires I only had two so I returned it. Could well have been fine but never installed

The installation of the thermostat was very easy and straight forward. We love that we can now regulate the temperature in the middle of the night from our bed and don’t have to get up and walk to the leaving room.

Best Buy came out to install- granted i had AC prior to them showing up with my old thermostat. Guy installed The Nest- no air comes out. Ask why - he don’t know. So wanted to leave immediately- i say NO! Advised him to put my old thermostat back in as its work fine which he did and guess what NO AIR!! The installer said he don’t know whats the problem and he not an A/C man. I was disappointed & told him to leave my home. Now i am in the freaken Hot house for over four hours until a real air condition installer comes out. The guy had no problem installing my new NEST - costs me money but its in. With that being said i would only used Best Buy for TV setup!! The Nest itself works fine!!

It controls everything, I love it, from my phone I get everything.

Easy to install. Simple setup on the website and app for IPhone and Android.

My old face died after a year but the new one is going strong with no issues.

Great thermostat - needs a schedule/time feature to set temps. It tries to learn, does a good job, but if not monitored, it seems to just do what it wants at times.

Time to start saving money on electric bill. Thanks

Had a small problem getting the wiring correct because I had a heat pump. One call to nest corrected it but I waited on hold for 35 minutes.
