It was nice until it lasted. I purchased this in may of 2020 and now it can’t connect to my wifi which was really the reason other than it looks why I got this in the first place. I enjoyed being able to control my thermostat away from home or at night when it got to chilly I would just reach my home with out having to get up from my bed to make adjustments. I no longer can’t do that. I called support and tried everything. They told me I would need to purchase another one since it was out of warranty. I can still control it manually not a big deal but I’m also having trouble with the display it goes blank. I tried charging it and still goes off from time to time. I just keep pushing, turning, going opposite direction until display comes back on. For the price I expected something more reliable.

By far the best product I have purchased! I'm saving money every month. I'm able to control from my cellphone, computer and tablet. Always nice to know that when I get home, the house will be the perfect temperature

I had to replace my 2 yr old Nest Thermostat as it had an issue. The tech who came to trouble shoot our HVAC system after pains taking trouble shooting determined that the Nest thermostat had an electronic issue. Had to be replaced. He installed the new one and have my fingers crossed that it doesn’t break in a couple of years! The customer service at Nest is by far the worst I’ve experienced period.

Gives details other thermostats don't, also gives suggestions on fixes and is great at handling changes from other devices!

This is my first WiFi thermostat, so far I love being able to adjust the settings from anywhere. The smart learning functionality is on point, and since my gas company provided a rebate made it a no brainer.

First thing, this is super easy to install, took me less then 10 minutes. Its simple, easy to use, and appears to be quite efficient. Only advice is to make sure before installing this that you have a common wire.
