I have heard from so many people about how great the Nest is and I decided to finally try it for myself. I have not been disappointed at all. Within 1 day, the Nest knew my entire preference of temperature along with my schedule. I don't ever have to worry about adjusting my thermostat anymore. I also love the ECO feature that will automatically turn on when it senses I am not anywhere close to my home. That right there saves me money! Very easy to install. I have no knowledge of electricians and I was able to do this under an hour.

We moved and had to buy a new thermostat, so we came back to Nest. Easy to use, set up and very sleek looking.

I really like this thermostat. I had a different smart thermostat before this one and this is much better. I also tried the non-learning nest but it didn’t do everything I wanted. Main thing I wanted was to control my home humidifier with the thermostat. This one does that and it is great. It makes you think you need a pro to install it but if you know enough and tinker enough you can set this up by yourself.

Bought 3 for a church, and they work great. Easy to set up and easy to operate.

Couldn't be more pleased with this product. Having remote access to know the temp in my home to make sure my pets are staying cozy is great!. Also having a history report of how often the a/c is running each day and knowing if you or the weather had any impact on the average energy usage is another plus to help use this product's technology to reduce energy consumption. Great product!

I’ve had this product for over a year now and it has been a game changer in my home. I love how you can set the temperature to where you want it or allow Nest to create an automated temperature schedule based on your movements. Having this has also cut my monthly energy bill costs to stay within my budget. I’m considering purchasing another one for my thermostat upstairs.

Our old thermostat had such a cumbersome programming mode that we didn't even use it. Easily install the Nest yourself and download the app. I found a great youtube video on unboxing, mounting and getting started and followed step by step. I did the programming right from my phone. If our schedules change and coming home early we can adjust the temp to be where we want it when we get home. Love how it sees you coming and gives the current display! Wish I'd have got this YEARS ago!! You'll love it!

In a modern, or even contemporary, in my opinon no thermostat looks better than the Nest. This is the second one I've owned. It matches the decor and there are many colors to choose from. The new 3rd generation let's you customize the screen. We show the weather app. We needed to install a common C wire to get it working but to me is so worth it. It integrates well with Alexa so no need to manually adjust the temperature. Great product

Have 3 earlier generation Nest thermostats for my home and my tenant. One "died" due to faulty wiring by the electrician that caused a "burnout" of the battery (that's my advanced technical summary). Got the 3rd gen and love it more than the others. It's like when your new baby comes home and you have to hide how much more you like it from the other children. Works the way it's supposed to, the auto away feature is a major money saver for someone with a varied schedule. Integrating with my Nest cams and the security/temp regulation in my home is complete. Bought this to replace an old mercury thermostat on an AC/heat pump unit for a small section of our house that includes a sunroom and storage room. They are not well insulated and the unit was running virtually non-stop to keep up. I was hoping that this would help with efficiency, or at least enable us to view statistics to adjust settings to keep the room a more consistent temperature. While it hasn't been in place long enough to know for certain, it does appear that the unit is running less and the temperature is definitely more stable. It took me a while to figure out the wiring from our old thermostat, which is my only knock on it. Once I was able to determine that, installation was easy.
