My friends who have the Nest were always telling me how great it was. I eventually broke down and purchased one. The ease of installing it was unbelievable and I am loving the ease of controlling it from wherever I am at. I am also enjoying witnessing the Nest learn my families heating patterns and adjust accordingly.

This is an amazing device. Nest has made so easy to install and after a normal week of use it knows your routine. If I leave work early I can set the thermostat before I leave and house is just right when I get home. Also great if you travel as you can keep up with the temperature and get set right before you get home.

Love it. Very convenient. It works great. You can control anything from the WiFi and remotely. If it’s getting warm and your pets are at home you can turn the thermostat Down. Peace of mind. Brilliant design and looks great. A+++

Had an issue at first installing which turned out to be an operator error. I did not get the wires right. Once that was corrected the setup is intuitive. It is very convenient to access with your smart phone. Recently added a nest camera and it with the thermostat work together in the app whichis also a nie feature

Easy to use. The memory feature of my typical schedule sometimes gets frustrating cause it’s not the temp I want but you can always override manually. Probably one of the better products on the market. Very easy and clear instructions on how to instal.

But a bit complicated to install so you may need help. The video they recommend you using online is very helpful. Once installed just turn the dial to your temperature you want. Change throughout the day and especially if you are leaving. It remembers your preferences. Even better is you can change it with your cell.

It was fairly easy to install, had to call customer support for installation since my A/C unit had Emergency Heat. Customer Support was very helpful, kind and supportive. I love being able to adjust the temperature on my Smart phone when away from home if I forget to turn it up or down when on my way home.

It is an excellent product and easy to use. it's settings to use from the phone save time. it's eco mode helps us save electricity.

Great product! Easy to install, setup, and use. I'm already saving money!!! The thermostat learned my habits after only a few days and has already been saving me money. The auto away feature is great as well as the app. Setting up a schedule is super easy.

I had been interested in these for years because traditional thermostats are so clunky and out of date. This provides a great deal in terms of discounts from many lower providers. After a few years of use, you’ll get your money back in discounts. As far as the thermostat itself, the physical device has a great design and is easy to adjust. Turning the dial echoes back to old thermostats while being very readable. It’s the best design I’ve seen. As for the “smart” part? My wife and I dislike it. Change the temperature once because you’re uncomfortable? Nest tries to make a rule of it. You like it 2 degrees warmer on Saturday afternoons now. Now you have to delete that rule on their terrible calendar screen in the app. It ends up making you never change the thing. And it has power saving modes when you are not at home. Be careful to set it to something reasonable or prepare to be freezing cold when you get home following a winter holiday. The promise of smart thermostats is that you could turn the heat back on remotely before going home, but who remembers to do that?

Absolutely love this product. Easy to connect set with my google assist and is already learning patterns of temps in the house. The ECO mode is great with the preprogrammed settings. Highly recommend. Also Best Buy matched warehouse pricing which was nice and saved me money.

Device was very easy to setup. Remote control via the phone app is great. I think the learning takes some time, but the motion detection will kick it out of Eco Mode. It's nice that the unit tells you how long until the house will reach your selected temperature.

Installed very easily and connected to Internet flawlessly. Very user friendly and very intuitive. It also looks great on the wall. Helps with energy savings, especially when you forget to turn down the thermostat when leaving for a long trip, just turn down on you smartphone. Most times it does it for me. Highly recommended.

A little over a year now, since purchased. Installation and setup was easy. I like the features it offers and enjoy the convenience of being able to control and monitor it from my phone, as well as google home.
