This is my second Nest Thermostat and I only upgraded to the 3rd generation as I had a new air conditioner installed which was not compatible with the 1st generation Nest I purchased in 2013. I find it very easy and fun to use.

While I was out of town I was able to control the temp in my house to make sure my kids and my sister were comfortable. It also learns how I am and when I am home go save the most money. I love this product.

Set this up in about 10 minutes and ive never changed a thermostat before. The application is a lititle delayed when changing the temperature, in the 30 second range, but it's been very functional for me. That's my only gripe. It looks slick on the wall

I love this thermostat. I read up on so many reviews before buying and I’m so glad I ended up buying it. I can change the temperature in my house from my phone. I would definitely buy again if I move.

Easy to install and program it.Self learning in 7-10 days. In power outage it shows malfunction at the wire RH1 which means power wire ! ( just to know it). Restarted self when power was back. Elegant design, ( Not a Christmas tree), simple efficient

Nest really made smart thermostats popular. Their design is simple, elegant, innovative, and cool. Easy to use, and can be controlled through phone apps or by voice (Google Home's Voice Assitant).

This is the first step to be smart home and save energy. it's very easy to install and operate. The most I love about this is remote operation when I'm not home. You can turn on or off A/C or heater anytime, anywhere. I got rebate from the city.

We love it. Easy to install, easy to learn how to use it and it learns the way you like the temperature in your house during day and night. Has the away option that is a plus. You can change temperature from your smartphone. I'll definitely recommended it

We are so happy we decided on getting the Nest for our home. We were thinking about it for awhile and now we don't know why we didn't buy it sooner! It is beautifully designed and so easy to use. The screen is clear and the animations are great!

This thermostat is very easy to use and understand. Pair it with Google home, the nest app or Alexa and you're effortlessly controlling your temp. I wish I would have picked this up sooner.

I love the design. The installation was easy. The software works well. I like that it knows when I am home. When I am not, it turns everything down to save energy. In my experience Nest is the one to buy.

Best thermostat in the market. Installation was simple and it looks fantastic.

We switched our Carrier Edge programmable thermostat (doesn't work if you have the Carrier Infinity system) out and couldn't be happier. Really like the intuitive controls and ability to make changes to the system from home or when away. The self-learning algorithm has exceeded our household expectations and the Nest system itself has proven to be a key component in our overall smart home system. The only drawback was installation required an HVAC specialist to install. Had checked with Nest Support (amazing service) in advance it would work, but due to a proprietary cable from Carrier, needed to have it rewired at the furnace side of things as well as at the thermostat. Now that we are all set up, could only be happier if we could see the outside temperature listed on the Nest inside. Otherwise, amazing and glad we changed!
