At first it just looked like a hockey puck stuck to the wall, but it grew on me. I live being able to control the temperature of my house and seeing the statistics. You do not need to hire someone to install this. The manual is very descriptive. It sometimes loses connection with my wifi, but that is super rare. The learning feature is nice, but I still feel I have to adjust the temp all the time. I have this integrated with google home which was easy to set up.

So far the product functions as it is advertised. I also love the way it looks. So very modern.

Second Purchase for additional system. Works well, like the auto features and wifi connection.

Bought the nest for my parents that are in their late 60's. it was very easy to install and to figure out. Two months later and my parents have commented on how much they love its appearance and it's ability to self learn temp control for them. Not sure if it has cut electric charges yet.

This probably one of the best purchases we have ever made. My wife likes to change the temperature in the house often. At night, she likes it cool, but doesn't want to leave the bed. With this device she can set a schedule, allow the nest to learn, or manually change the temp without leaving the bedroom. We have already saved on the gas and electric bill over the last couple months because of this ability to control our temp, looking forward to more benefits in the near future.

I love my Google Nest. Extremely convenient and learns my schedule. I love I never have to adjust my thermostat anymore. It knows my bedtime, when I'm away from home, and SAVES ME MONEY with its Eco Mode.

Beautiful looking item that feels sturdy and connects to the internet seamlessly. I installed myself and you can too. The app guides you through internet connectivity and I even links to alexa so I love talking to it. Responds via phone app immediately and even through some alexa commands (although you have to be specific). Right now ComEd has some great rebates which made this a steal!

Love it! Easy install, easy to program. Some difficulty getting app to work on multiple phones and / or switching between the two phones. Really enjoy warming up the house at the touch of the app.
