Little learning curve but the unit is convenient and works great. Connected it to Alexa, Siri and via app. Can be super lazy

My wife and I love the control of our home temp - home or away. We can activate the cool or heat on our way home and have it just right for our 10 month old. In addition, our utility bill has declined by over 10%.

I love this thermostat. Being able to adjust temps and humidity while being anywhere is great! The away mode is nice because it saves on heating and cooling when no ones home and you can cool it or heat it before you arrive home.

This is a good product that works really well with our daily needs.

This was an easy installation within the product itself. The actual product software install, some of the questions were a bit confusing. If you don’t know your AC specs it will be a bit tough.

I thought this was going to be difficult to install but I was wrong. Not only was installation easy but configuration was easy as well. This is my second NEST product and so far I love both of them.

Awesome look and feel. Most modern thermostat there is. Good functionality even if you don’t need it it’s nice to have the option for future updates

This thermostat works pretty well—until it doesn’t. I’ve got it set up to come on at 7 am and go off at 9 pm, which it does—most of the time. Every now and then it doesn’t. It’s easy to fix with the app on my phone to manually turn on the heat, but it seems like it should turn on just like it did yesterday. The Best Buy technician didn’t know how to set it up to do what I wanted, so that was frustrating. The thermostat comes with a screwdriver set to aid in installation. The technician was going to keep that until I made a passing comment about how useful it would be at that size. Then he “offered” it to me. It’s mine…came in the box…he should be making sure I received it. I’d do like how easy it is to adjust the temperature from the app, for example when I forget to turn the heat down when I’m away from home.

Sometimes developers are out of touch with reality and live in a closet. This is a great Thermostat with some great features and one annoying flaw. There have been 3 generations and countless software updates, but for some reason they refuse to add a real temperature Hold feature. The only way to "Hold" the temperature if you set up you own schedule is delete your manual schedule. The auto feature is good if you have a routine but if your schedule varies from week to week, or month to month the manual setup is better. If I have people over and they are going in and out of the house I want to set the A/C at a higher setting so my A/C is not constantly running. If you set a new temp it will change at the next scheduled temperature time. The room sensors are also great however you can not adjust the time windows for morning , midday, and Night. I've owned this product (1st and 2nd Gen) for 7 years the Purchase date is the most recent purchase the 3rd gen which incorporates the Sensors.

The Nest Thermostat is incredibly easy to configure and the usage report is truly exceptional. I can use the data to adjust my Air-Heating usage which will help save money. This is a must have device.

It efficiently does the job of controlling the temperature in the entire house.

A coworker recommended the Nest thermostat to me even though I had no intentions on purchasing one, on seeing the specifications, all the great functions and the great look, I was convinced on getting the Nest and it looks great.

The Nest thermostat has been a great addition to my house and has really saved me some money with the features. I also enjoy being able to set the temp to what I want it to be right from my phone.

This is a great product and easy to install. I have it setup to work with Amazon echo aka Alexa. You can ask Alexa to change the temperature by a simple command and I also received a rebate from Edison on my bill.

This Google Nest Learning Thermostat was fairly easy to install and works great! Highly recommend this device.

Installed this, had a wire issue, called the support line... sent a pic of the set up and they quickly told me which wires to use, works great, using the app with the security and cameras...

It looks like it would work great but does not work with my ac unit for some reason

Easy to use. Has lowered our bills because we never have to worry about forgetting to turn off the heat or AC now... Set up takes a beat, but once it's in place it's fantastic.

Works great and has helped with keeping my electric bill low with the eco mode! Going from a really out dated thermostat to this was the best decision
