I love the Nest thermostat! It was easy to install it myself and the user interface is very intuitive. It is simple to use and works very well as it ‘learns’ our routine and automates our HVAC

Had the unit installed for me so I can't comment on that part. Connection to wifi and phone was simple. Don't really like the auto away function but it can be disabled.

You cannot go wrong with the purchase of the nest thermostat. Easy to install, easy to set up, easy to link to your phone. It will help you lower your heating bill

I love that I can control the thermostat from my phone when I know no one is home. Everyone forgets to turn air up when they leave. Home/away assist has been a hit and miss thing with me. My wife and I both have it set up but it sometimes forgets to turn up air, even after an hour of being away from the house. Otherwise a good product.

Works as described - but open box failed and needed to replace with Google. Best Buy was not helpful.

I have had a previous nest at my old house and loved it. Bought this and had to return it since it did not have enough ports for aux devices like humidifier. Like it for basic setups but not complex systems

The Nest controls the temperature better than any thermostat I've used. Having one installed upstairs and another downstairs allows me to control them both, from my computer or my phone.

I own multiples of this unit. Works great with cabin's radiator system. One for upstairs and one for the lower unit both controlled remotely via the phone.

Excellent smart device for home. Love ease of setting schedule via smartphone. Reporting feature also excellent in providing insight into energy usage

My thermostat worked fine but I wanted a thermostat that I could control with my phone from anywhere being connected to wifi and the nest app. It was easy to install for me and serves my purpose.

I love nest! My favorite part is walking or hang out outside and turn on ac in outside on the way to go back home! when I get in, it is nice and perfect temperature! Also I can control in my bed too :)

Love the addition of this device to my home. It was easy to set up and has already started learning our daily routine.

I am very happy with the Nest systems, but there are some flaws and that is why I cannot give it 5 stars. First, if not connected by the C-wire which is very important because otherwise you will need to change batteries and something else as I was told by the installers from best buy and they do not do that. You must get an H-Vac person to do that install which is why we went with the google nest not the ecobee which is only c-wire connected. The way to put the password is also very difficult if you have hands that don't work well, luckily I have 20 somethings with good hands and eyesight. The first generation does not work well with this one, so I will be changing them out to go together again. UGH, but the wires are there thankfully now. I do like the system as it has learned what we like i and t is wonderful.

Great way to take control of your home thermostat. Learns when we are away and saves us energy. Great mobile app and controls. Super easy installation, everything needed is in the box!

This made my life so much easier. I bought a house with stairs and sometimes it is super hot or super cold. I can control the temperature from my phone. Amazing!

Needed to upgrade my thermostat so I went with this one, couldn't be happier. Being able to control my settings while no one is home all on my phone is so convent. Well worth it and will help you save energy and money

Good device and easy to install. You do have to know what kind of HVAC systems you have. I did have an issue with mine and Nest support was awesome!
