This comes with a 2 year warranty (unless changed now). My thermostat decided to not turn on the AC anymore or for a brief 20 seconds. The thermostat would then reboot every 1-2 minutes. Unable to hold a charge from its base. I had an HVAC friend come out and explained what the issue is and it needs to be replaced. Google will only accept an invoice with a full written explanation of what is wrong with the device before returning it, or reinstall it to 'troubleshoot' with them. I know the problem, I don't want to reinstall something that won't work. For safety reasons I would suggest the same for you. They would be unable to diagnose anything else even if it were reinstalled. Honeywell was my next purchase since I had no working thermostat. So having to pay for another thermostat while trying to get this resolved makes this even more of a headache. So fair warning to you all. If you want 4 hours with their tech support that still won't fix the situation (awaiting a call back in 24 hours) and their senior tech support person said they will tell me the same thing she is that they won't help me. Save the hassle, get a Honeywell or some other brand that will actually back their products.

Works perfect, like the voice commands and app controlled.

I live in Arizona and when I bought my home this was one of my first purchases. It has allowed me to have more control over when and for how long my AC is running even when I’m not home. I know being able to set a schedule has saved me money.

Grear product, perfect guidlines demostrated on youtube and installed it myself, doing it step by step and properly will take extra time but well worth it for peace of mind and saving money by not paying a Tech come out and charge hundred or so dollars.

It was easy to install. Only had it one day and so far so good.

This product will become invaluable to me this winter. This past February my whole house froze when both thermostats malfunctioned when I was away. I am able to monitor my heat now to prevent another disaster.

Having battery issues and Nest is not very forthcoming with info, according to my installer. But otherwise great to be able to learn g in and monitor temp.

I liked it so much I got another one for upstairs. It works with my SimpliSafe home security system to set Home and Away status. It works great together!

I purchased two, one for upstairs and one downstairs. They both perfect!

My old programmable thermostat was in my entry foyer where sunshine shined on it in the mornings. It thought the whole house was that warm, and didn’t turn the furnace on, making the rest of the house too cold. I replaced it with a Nest thermostat which senses that sunshine is on it and adjusts accordingly - Now the entire house is comfortable.
