The nest was pretty easy to install and so far has worked great. I do like being able to control from my phone. The reports could be better.

This thermostat has to be the most impressive thing made. Best part about it is that it has the option to store your pattern and set up a schedule automatically. I also love being able to access it and adjust it via the app.

I bought this because I needed a new thermostat and wanted the cool new thing. It works as advertised, which isn't as good as it sounded. First of all, I would recommend getting the version that comes with the remote sensor. I had to run out and buy it separately because my new HVAC system isn't balanced well. Once I got the remote sensor, I was able to get everything working great! The disappointing feature was the "learning" part. No fault of the product, it does what was advertised, but I ended up disabling it because I wanted to manually set the schedule to do what I wanted. What really disappoints me, are 3rd party integrations. Nest used to work with everything, then Google demolished the API and replaced it. Now almost nothing works with the thermostat. I wish I hadn't bought it. If I could make the choice over again knowing what I know now, I would buy an Ecobee.

Been using this for a few months now and have to say I love it. Eco mode seems to be saving us some money. Only have had a electric bill since we got it. Looking forward to see how much it saves us!

This product has been saving me around 15% on my electric bill. But to be honest it's mostly on eco mode. When you change the temperature, the thermostat immediately responds.

Once you get used to the temp window of 2 degrees it works just as you want it to

This is simple to use and looks very nice. Just need time to figure out the settings and what works best for your house.

I just purchased the nest and installed it a couple weeks ago. To start go onto the website to determine if it is compatible with your current Hvac system all you need for this is to pull if you're current thermostat and see what color you're wires are. You either are good or not. Than go and buy one. Packaging of the product was great. It comes with everything you need to install it. It literally took me 10 minutes to install and about 10 minutes to go through the setup of the thermostat. It will take sometime for the thermostat to learn hence a learning thermostat. All in all I am confident in my purchase and that over time it will pay for itself and help save me some money. The nest app for your phone is very basic and simple to use. In the app you can select you're temps, eco mode, turn up/down temps and more. I gave it 4 stars only because I have had it for a short time.

I did my research and decided on this one. Doesn’t disappoint! Love the option to run the fan which cools down the upstairs while taking the chill out of the basement. This is a solid product and I highly recommend it.

This is our second set of Ness. The new generation has an upgraded look and was very easy to install and years. I highly recommend them.

This is a great thermostat! You receive a report every month on usage and your energy savings. And you do save a lot of money by using this. I really like the feature that it lights up when you enter the room.
