great upgrade , easy to use and change temperate when I am away

I’ve had the 2nd gen and now this one. I will never live without a nest again.

Perfect for my remote cabin to set temps when I’m not around.

It really does as it says. It learns when I come home from work and has it nice and warm. I haven't had it long enough to rate the saving yet but I am sure that will be a plus as well.

Recommend! It did everything as in the ad. Like to control the a/c from my phone!

Easy self install. Looks great. I own the Vivint Smart Home system and works very well with the system and uses the same app.

Installation was simple and quick. The Nest works well and adjusts to your living. The app was easy to set up and functions very well.

I've enjoyed my Nest thermostat. I control it mostly through the Nest app, although i just bought an Amazon Echo recently, so now i just have Alexa adjust the temperature when necessary. I'm glad i have this, as opposed to the old thermostat i replaced.

Voice activated and very convenient when you are away on vacation or even just running errands. Purchased this for my wife and we’re both in love with it!

Very nice "smart" thermostat. It has definitely opened my eyes to how much energy we were using. It has allowed us to start scheduling the air/heat to kick in at times when we are home and then adjust when we are away. Great product. Would be 5 stars if it was more intuitive to program. Had to do quite a bit of research on different functions. Also, it works with my Amazon Echo....Way cool!

Install was very simple and straight-forward. Connected to my Wi-Fi easily and setup was simple. Had some issues with error codes related to 'not getting power,' but made some adjustments and checked breakers and now all seems to be well. I love being able to make adjustments to everything from my phone. Planning to update all electronics/appliances/fixtures in our home to 'Smart' devices and hoping this helps controlling temperature and as a result, lowering electric bill. We shall see as time passes. Very happy thus far.

The Nest is exactly what we wanted. We are able to change the temperature from our cell phones and it has already learned when to turn down the heat and when to turn it back on just from how we interacted with it the first couple of weeks.

I really enjoy this thing, it adapts over time and will self adjust, does its best to save energy which essentially will pay for itself.
