Pretty cool that you can change the temperature from your phone

Bought this at the beginning of the summer and took a while to learn our ways but after a couple of months basically set it and forget it. Really helped with my energy bill!

Easy install. Love having the app to change the temp from sitting or laying down. Even at work for the dog if it gets too hot.

The Nest was easy to install, I had it up and running in less than 30 minutes.

Smart, sleek and does the job. The learning feature takes some getting used to.

So far, so good. A few "interesting" temperatures seemed to auto-load at strange times. For example, at 9pm with an outside temp of ~71 degrees, and an inside temp of ~75, the AC kicked on at a temp of 70 degrees. I was baffled. What was cool was I deleted those from the record, and haven't had the issue since. Even while I'm at work, I'll adjust as necessary to keep it in the green (leaf).

I love the Nest. It is programmable and you can set it when you are not home. It will help with electric bills effectively

This was one of the best things I’ve purchased for my home!! My energy use is monitored and after a few days it predicts my temperature needs on a daily basis!

I got problem with my old thermostat. So Purchased this one in local Bestbuy, easy to setup, smart enough to control the indoor temp.

Love that it can be controlled on you phone. When you walk pass it it lights in. Let’s you know how long it will take to cool down to your desire temperature. Very nice color.

I bought two Nest thermostats and one failed after a year (heat pump hvac) I still had it on warranty and i was able to get a replacement from google after an exhausting questioning by the customer service representative. The only thing that saved me from spending one more hour of troubleshooting with that person was I had paid an hvac tech and gave me the diagnose then I submitted that inspection to Nest. If I have to purchase another smart thermostat I would go with a different brand. Also, you have to wait next day to be able to check how much your ac/heat has worked during one day period; some other brands you can see that logs in real time.

The nest thermostat is everything its advertised to be. My home is more efficient (energy-wise) than ever before. Highly recommend the purchase
