I had heard about it. I had read the reviews but how good could a thermostat be? This smart thermostat is light years ahead of the rest. My apartment is cooler and uses less energy now. The Neat adapts to my patterns.

Bought this for friends of ours as a housewarming gift. Initially concerned that might be too geeky for the wife, but both loved it. Great that has app for Android and iOS. Recent software updates have added more features.

I live near Houston Texas and it gets pretty warm here in the summer, this device has been great at keeping my temperature stabilized in my house. It's never been this even before.

Gives you so much info on your daily usage and lets you keep track of daily power used. Got mine on sale for $200 and although it is pricey I feel good investment. Support team during installation was very helpful.

I love everything about the nest. After purchasing, I realized I need a C-wire. I believe most wifi thermostats need this, but they don't advertise this fact bc it may prevent people from buying their products. I have no electrical/HVAC experience but was able to install a Common Wire from the AC to the thermostat after a few hours (MAKE SURE YOUR POWER IS OFF WHEN MESSING WITH ANYTHING ELECTRICAL). My Nest stopped working after a month UNTIL I installed this wire. Overall very satisfied.

Installation was easy , its easy to use and display is easy to read.

I would highly recommend purchasing. I really like the app and ability to control from anywhere. The monthly report is nice and eventually it starts to program itself.

Absolute nightmare of an experience! Called through total tech rep. Appointment set up wasn’t even communicated well so we rush home to meet him. He is very late because he said it wasn’t at the store. Then we tell him it was delivered to the house. Next he installs it and leaves. Of course it doesn’t work. Technician won’t answer the phone, nobody at the store can answer because I was told they took away phones. We work through the 800 number to try to resolve and they were zero help. Nobody can contact the 3rd party and the advice is for me to go to the store since they can’t answer. So the device isn’t compatible, the technician left without testing and there is no way to speak to anyone for resolution. We had to take it out and reinstall our old system.

Love my nest products! I can view everything from my phone so it gives me some comfort while away from the house for extended periods of time.

I love this piece of technology! The remote functionality is awesome, but only 4 stars for the occasional “offline” readings. There are times where this will report WiFi offline, but thermostat says it’s connected.. so the app is quirky..? Overall I love it, it’s a beautiful screen too! 4.5 stars! Oh, and works great with Google Home!

This is a great energy saver. I love that we can manage it from the app. It also has an eco. option that saves you even more money by controlling the time your ac unit is on.

Has helped me keep from running to the thermostat off and on all day. Now if it would just learn to cook, we’d have a great relationship.

We got to experience the nest a few months before we sold our house and I have to say we may just go buy another because I loved the simplicity of it!!!!!
