Purchased this for my brother as a house warming gift and he wanted the cool copper look. He absolutely loves it! The 3rd generation is great as it has a larger display. Love the color options!

The Nest 3rd Generation Thermostat is an overall decent product. I think that the thermostat mode setting could be improved. You must clear your scheduled programming if you want to run an a/c continously or on automatic mode all day.

I am a first time homeowner and was able to install this unit on my own. It has been great and also has saved me money on my energy bill. I like being able to see how it's been used during the past week.

The Nest is easy to install and connect to the internet. The documents said that it is compatible with my furnace. Unfortunately, I have had major problems with how it performs. I set the heat to 70 but unfortunately it does not let my furnace run till it hits 70 it will cycle off and it takes hours, if ever, to reach the set temperature. I have call Nest and they have told me that some users are having this issue, but have not been given an acceptable solution. So needless to say I have been spending most of the winter freezing my A.. off in my own home. So the conclusion is I wasted $250 dollars and much time on this Nest.

Love the fact that it is easy to install, even for someone like myself who has never installed one. I check and change the temp via my phone, created a schedule as well. This has saved my household a lot of money being able to utilize the app on my phone, noticeable difference compared to last year. Haven't had any issues since installing the thermostat and the app. I would definitely recommend.

The Nest thermostat is the industry standard in WiFi enabled, smart thermostats. This 3rd generation Nest is no exception. I'm happy with the large screen and the ongoing support that Nest offers.

I purchased the nest about a month ago and I absolutely love it! Replaced a old Honeywell non programmable thermostat. Love the features and the wireless connectivity through the Mobile app. Easy to check the history along with the monthly report they send. This thermostat has saved me money already and will pay itself off. So easy to install and it blows my mind how intuitive this thermostat is. I love being able to control my temperature when I am not at home. Highly recommend.

We love this because we do not have to constantly get up to adjust the temperature or come home to a hot home. I love the auto schedule feature because it remembers to adjust when I dont remember to do it.

This thermostat is cool, it’s learning ability is super, takes some time to get used to it but happy we made the upgrade!!

Good concept. Too bad my LG mini split a/c can't communicate with it.

Nest thermostat is great! Had to have a professional install due to the zone system I have, but thanks to nests customer support, I knew that going in. If you're going to dive into a smart thermostat, this is the one.
