I had to purchase this unit after finding the the e-nest was not compatible with my system. I am happy with this one.

I was considering purchasing the Nest prior to getting google home. When I was gifted google home, I immediately bought the Nest. It's great to be able to control everything from my phone, and even more amazing to tell google home to set there tempature when I'm laying on the couch. I had the thermostat off while I was on vacation. Instead of coming home to a cold house, I turned it on as soon as the airplane landed. Truly amazing.

This thermostat is a much needed change to our house. It is already learning our habits, which will hopefully be reflected in future utility bills.

Great way to lower all of your energy costs year-round! Reasonably simple to set up, and live phone help if required.

I love the Nest! It actually does help in managing your heat bill. My bill has been going down ever since I installed it. Every one should make the investment in getting one.

Best smart thermostat great feature help to save money

I installed a Nest when I upgraded my HVAC... I love the flexibility to set the schedule, use Alexa to change and check the temperature. It is very user friendly.

Had lightning hit house and damage my other original Nests, but new ones have a better interface and feature to work with Nest sensor is critical. Happy with these.

Smart Thermostat that keeps track of when you are home and not. Can be controlled thru Alexa. So easy to install (the instructions are for a child) and took only 20 minutes to install and set up by myself. Can set at the temp you want or ECO temp which monitors your comings and goings to help save energy and not heat/cool when you are not there. Waiting for the first utility bill to see if it helped, but even if not, this is a must buy.

This is my third nest thermostat. It is very easy to install. I had questions about the wiring and took a picture. This was then sent directly to nest and they responded within a few hours to help me install this product. They have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this thermostat. Check your local power company as I was eligible for $100 rebate. The only drawback to this is it is not compatible with Apple HomeKit.

Very easy to install and setup, wifi capabilities useful and looks good in the room

The thermostat is awesome, It can let me manager the temperature on my home, save power electric and it recommend me the schedule with the most efficiency energy.

So far, I'm really liking my Nest. It is definitely more intelligent than our previous smart thermostat. I'm anxiously awaiting our next power bill to see the difference it makes..

It's nice looking, good materials, almost perfect, but has 2 big no: 1. you can't adjust the granularity on a Nest thermostat. It's a smart thermostat and you can't adjust it... 2. the additional temperature senors have no motion detector, like Ecobee...

I have one of these for my downstairs and ended up loving it so much that I bought one for my upstairs. I researched all of them and the 960 is the best.
