Great thermostat for control of property while away. We have it in a vacation property we own. Keeps us notified of temperatures which is important during the winter.

Awesome thermostat makes my ac so much easier to control.

We are very pleased to have replaced our older thermostat with the nest Learning Smart Wifi Thermostat. We love being able to program it from our phone when we're not home. We're conserving on energy and dollars without sacrificing on comfort.

The first Nest Smart Thermostat I bought lasted about 4 months and the wi-fi card stopped working. No matter what I did, I could not get it reconnected. I had Best Buy send a technician from Geek squad to check it out and he couldn't get it reconnected to wi-fi either. It wouldn't even look for wi-fi networks. He decided it was the wi-fi card. Since I'm a TotalTech member I had the old one uninstalled and and new Nest installed after almost two weeks of mix ups on the scheduling of the uninstall and install. Best Buy now farms out this work to a second party instead of using the Geek Squad and they couldn't get their act together except for one guy who finally helped me and did both the uninstall and install on the same day so I wouldn't have to go without A/C in 100 degree plus temperatures overnight. Now the new thermostat is acting up. At first everything was fine and I could control it from the thermostat, my Nest app and by voice using Alexa. Now Alexa voice control won't work and I can't get it reconnected and I'm at a lost. I'm afraid to go back to Best Buy because of what happened before so I'm just going without voice control, which I miss at night when I'm in bed.

Bought this to replace my old thermostat. Hookup was simple however when it kicked in for the first time it was blowing hot air. Did a quick google search and found this apparently is a common occurrence and just needed a wire switched. Love the functionality and the ability for it to learn and auto adjust for being home and or daily routine. Also nice to check on temperature and adjust remotely

I love my new Nest. I got it the day before I left on vacation not realizing we were going to have below zero temperatures while I was gone. It was so nice to be able to adjust my heat setttings from afar. It probably saved frozen pipes, etc.

Great addition to the home with the learning feature really very cool. I am still learning all the things you can do, Nest App makes it easy and fun.

If you’ve ever thought about switching to a nest, do it. This allows you to cut down on your bills and set/forget.

Finally, a thermostat that can automatically switch between heating and cooling without the need for human intervention. I like that it interacts with other products too.

Love this thermostat! I was able to get a $75.00 rebate from my local utility company. A little tricky to set up but had awesome help over the phone with the tech support

Great thermostat. Got a great rebate through Massachusetts “mass save” which made my total cost under $100. I’m sure other states have energy rebate programs.

We have 5 Nest Thermostats in 2 houses. We love the ability to check, change and start systems up before we get there. I also love the ease of setting them up.
