It feels like magic . This my second one .I called Nest to get both on my app . So happy I could just pop !

I was routinely having a $500.00 electric bill. I installed this system and it immediately paid for itself in the fact my next bill was $49.00. I strongly recommend this product!!!

Overall a great smarty thermostat for its ability to work with other smarty devices such as Echo and WeMo products. Now if it would display current temperature as well...

I have my nest connected to my vivint security system and my echo. I love the ease of control and after the first month it sends a usage report which i find very helpful.

Don’t buy this if you have a Carrier furnace. I had to return it because it was incompatible with my system. Very disappointed. The smart thermostat for my system is $700.

We bought the Nest to make it easier to manage our home heating & cooling and to monitor while away from home. The setup was a breeze (easiest thermostat I've installed so far!). The system takes a few days to "learn" your preferred settings, but once it does you barely have to touch it. While the base price is a bit expensive, these constantly go on sale, so worth waiting & picking up then.

I love it but to me, it’s kinda hard to manage the “schedule” day by day. It likes to go to eco mode whenever I leave the house even when I didn’t set it to eco mode.

After the first few weeks, it learned the habits and made its own heating schedule. I just had to go in a edit it a bit to make it a little bit better, and now it's great. I can turn down the heat in my house from my cell phone when I know I will not be home all day, or turn it up earlier when I will be getting home sooner from a short work day.

One of my first smart home devices. Integrates within my google home based system and has learned to adjust my thermostat automatically after a few weeks of use.

I’m having difficulty setting up the automatic settings since I’m at home a lot and my schedule differs each day. Also, sometimes we are unable to connect to the app, even when I’m sitting next to the router. Otherwise I expect this to be a pretty good product.

the 3rd Generation's sensor is very sensitive. From 5 feet away the thermostat knows you are in front of it, therefore knows you are home and better serves your temperature needs

Glad we purchased the nest. It has saved us some money on our bill and our service provider gave us a check for buying it. It already paid itself off. Only thing is i'd like for it to be a bit more user friendly. I will admit I haven't invested too much time in getting to know how the app works though.

Geek Squad protection is a must have for these. Mine got fried in a power surge and the home warranty company didn't cover it. They're awesome so I bought a new one

..and it's just a thermostat. My OCD kicked into high-gear and I watched this and my usage on a daily basis, I know for a fact it has saved me $100 in the first moth alone.

We had an old analog thermostat, we couldn’t tell what the temperature was set to. It’s now very convenient to see what the temperature is and what it’s set too!

love the thermostat. It is easy to use and set up and has a lot of flexibility.

Bought this to replace old thermostat. Lots of bells and whistles. Does more than expected.
