I was so tired of replacing it that I decided to give this a try. Not only it is energy efficient and provides rebates to lower the overall price, it can be remotely control thru the NEST app. I have had it for a few years now and couldn't be happier with it.

I've already seen savings on my bill. Purchases the sensors also for rooms and they help as well. I would have rated it five stars but not fully installed and added to the Google Home by Geek Squad. Awaiting for this to happen sometime soon.
