Easy to install and convenient to have. It helps control temperature levels even when out of the house.

Device is okay. Installation and online videos were easy and useful. The packaging is really nice. It works like it's supposed to, I guess. One morning at breakfast, it felt like it was getting really hot in the kitchen. Checked the thermostat &, for some reason, it decided it should be 77° inside. It was ~70 outside. The auto-away is useless sometimes. Device is installed in hallway & kids are too short to activate sensor, so it thinks no one is home alot of times. Should've gotten the Ecobee thing. Read it's more versatile.

This product has kept our unit very comfortable This is second one we purchased. The first one reduced out costs from $97 per month to $76. great product

I wanted a thermostat I could program which would not require a degree to figure out. This one you hook it up, and let it figure you out.

Very satisfied with 1st generation but wanted new features in the main house so moved old unit (early adopter) to my garage.

The Nest is super convenient and the features it offers save both time and money while increasing comfort in the home. The tech is not the easiest to navigate, so as long as you’re ready to spend some time figuring things out on occasion, you’ll have no issue!

We purchased one for son and his wife over four years ago when they had their first home built. They've raved about theirs and we've been wanting one ever since.

Very easy to use and set up, excellent product. I recommend it to everyone!

The hardware is nice. I like the learning features. Although it automatically set itself to eco mode when we left the house and came back to the house being 60 degrees and it took a solid hour and a half to get the temp back up to 72 where we like it. I had to adjust eco range after that. The main thing it has over its cheaper cousin the thermostat E is that this can work with additional sensors and the E cannot. Otherwise, it's almost identical.

Love this. Especially love being able to control and adjust it from work or anywhere.

We have Nest thermostat for couple of months. So far, we are very pleased with all its features. I am considering buying the door camera and other products from Nest.
