I don't like that nest sold to google and my old phone app no longer works. The old app was very superior to the new one that we were forced to convert to. I hate the app so much I may eventually switch to something else next time I need to upgrade.

The wiring image they sent was for use with AC and a heat pump. Most of us in S. Fl have heater coils in our AC. A call to Nest customer service resolved the wiring issue and our house began to cool immediately.
