Like living in the future except it's now

I can control temperature from my phone so I don't have to go home to a cold or hot house, I can set a schedule so I don't have to change the temperature all the time, and I can monitor it's usage. It sends me emails of how much I'm using compared to before and my habits. Helps with the bill :) Easy to install.

I like the product, but had issues

We had technical issues with our Nest, but the RMA process was perfectly executed by Nest. If you have an old HVAC and don’t know how they work, you may want to use one of their ‘installers’ to set it up.

Very disappointing

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The thermostat worked fine the first couple of weeks but now it keeps disconnecting from the Internet, telling me the battery is low when it is not, and telling me that the date and time are incorrect which they are not. No matter how many times I try to reset it or it tries to reset it self it’s still not connected to the Internet. It must be defective.
