I live alone and it's saved me a lot of money since I don't have to heat or cool my home when I'm not there. I simply adjust the temp. a few hours before my return and my home is at the ideal comfort level. Not to mention it learns a lot of this on its own.

This is a fantastic product and so easy to install! Up and running in 30 minutes if not less and I'm definitely not mr diy! Hopefully will save money but only had for a month.

This is my 2nd one within 2 years and I've already replaced this with a regular thermostat. The nest batteries tend to die very quickly. I would plug this into the wall via USB to charge for 2-4 hours. After placing it back on the wall, it would run for maybe 8-10 hours. It could never find my internet source when the battery was low. You could also never get in touch with the Nest troubleshoot to help fix it. With Texas being 100 degrees during the summer and your Nest giving you issues, it sucked. In my humble opinion, these are not worth the price tag. Too much hassle.
