Nest Thermostat 3rd Gen

The nest thermostat allows me to remotely monitor temp and humidity along with providing setback and set-ahead temperature upon arrival.

Don't know how much it's really saved me on my energy bill yet though. It's been nominal, but it's depends on your preference.

Great digital thermostat

When you enter the room with it, it senses you are present and displays the current temperature. What I really like is being able to access the NEST and control it remotely using my ios devices. It is easy to use and works perfectly.

PSE rebate reduced it for another 75 and I've paid a little over 75 for a smart thermostat. The installation is super easy (took 5-10 minutes) and it works with my Comcast security. I love it and it saves us money.
