    This device did not work without a c wire as advertised.. After having two technicians come out, we replaced it with an ecobee that Included a 4 to 5 wire adapter

    I love this product, the only thing I was not happier about is is the hole on the wall is too big,it is not fit for both screws, you have to pay attention if you original thermostats's hole is too big on the wall.
