Had a Nest, moved to new house and did lots of research on what options are out there and their functions. Easy to setup and easy to use. Chose Nest again for the new house. Love controlling dual thermostats with the app.

Great smart thermostat that works really well. The technology is built well and easy to understand. I had it professionally installed because our AC system does not have a C wire. But apparently with this thermostat we didn't need one. I love being able to control our HVAC from anywhere

this is the second one I got, I upgraded my thermostat about Two years ago, after a year I started getting a W5 error, (cannot connect to wireless) I chose to ignore it, after another Six Months, I started getting a Low Battery error, I had to remove the device and charged it with a USB cable. called tech support and they said they will not replace it due the warranty was just one Year. I bought a new one, (when it was working, it was great). this time I bought the extended warranty and hope for the best.

So happy with this product. Easy install and set up. Works just as advertised and have already noticed a difference with my electric bill.

I’ve had this product for over a year now and it has been a game changer in my home. I love how you can set the temperature to where you want it or allow Nest to create an automated temperature schedule based on your movements. Having this has also cut my monthly energy bill costs to stay within my budget. I’m considering purchasing another one for my thermostat upstairs.

1st this would if gotten 5 stars easily had it not been for the faulty software that started up at month 2. Very strange but something Google has been extremely good at giving you a replacement for. Also Best Buy since in the holiday return policy they literally took it back with no box and only the main unit since the rest was still on my wall. I took the new one home, stuck it in the plate from the other and it was working 2min later. This thermostat is absolutely amazing and looks gorgeous up on the wall. The directions, as with ALL Google Nest products, are so easy to install, makes you wonder why everyone else for so long have made things so difficult. I am highly impressed with all Nest products. Buy this you will not regret.

Another family member has a Nest and loves it so the decision to buy one was easy. Installation took about one hour. Works really well.

This thermostat was so easy to install. I did it myself. It works great and is controllable with my smartphone. I purchased a second for my other unit.

My brother set up the Nest. We think he made it look easy to install. No more than 20 min. We downloaded the app on our mobile device and boom! We were creating a schedule. We haven't had a glitch at all. Keeping it cooler at night and when nobody is home in the daytime. Nobody seems to have noticed when it changes the temperature. Very smooth. I am hoping this will help save money by having a schedule. Now I don't have to worry if I remembered to lower the temperature when I leave for work. But I can also keep the temperature higher when the kids are home. Easy to operate with a smart phone.

I love having my house a smarthome, Smart lights, lock, and now thermostat. Simple design, user friendly. Small discount on electric bill a plus.

This was very easy to install (less than 30 minutes). After a short test it was up and running with no issue. If you had a manual thermostat it should provide some significant saving and improve the overall comfort of the home. I replace an existing programmable thermostat and am expecting to achieve some moderate savings, particularly as it detects that no one is home and allows the temperature to fluctuate a bit more. Easy to read display and no more batteries to replace. Through 3rd party options I even have the ability to change the temperature of the house if the price reaches a certain threshold.

So far I love it. I have not seen the latest electricity bill, but I love being able to remote into the thermostat away from home or from bed.

My neighbor bought one of these and told us about it. After doing research online and going to to Best Buy and looking at it, we decided to buy one. What a great investment!! This works off of your wifi and you can control this from an app on your phone. This works great when you you travel, you can set your temperature at any degrees that you you need.

I love my nest! I love being able to turn it down or up from my phone or from my echo! It is so easy to install!! I highly recommend! B

Google has developed a great thermostat! It was easy to install, easy to link to WIFI and very easy to use.

Easy setup. Well built and well packaged. Has nice wallplate to cover any hole from prior installations. Paired with Google home and controlled by voice.

Easy to install. Once you have the nest thermostat you will not be able to live without one. App is easy to use and control the system. Everything works as promised.
