Good looking, easy to install to use wall thermostat

Installation was very easy. No need to ever worry about adjusting the temp again.

After initial set up because of an exsisting issue with my system it performed as advertised. Online control and Goggle home integration is very nice.

I would recomment to anyone. Easy to install and can use from your phone.

As a gadget-phile, the Nest is great. You can set ranges for temps to be maintained, it learns you behaviors, connects to wifi to display outside temps and I can control my thermostat from work/vacation. I am still waiting on my upcoming oil and electricity bill to see how energy saving it is but I imagine it will be as it not only learns my behavior but makes me more aware of patterns and usage.

Thermostat follows schedules and adapts to habits quickly. The downside for the thermostat was the compatibility with my HVAC unit. It claimed to be compatible and install seemed easy, but a few weeks later the battery on the thermostat dies because it was not receiving power from the hot wire as it should from most units. The problem was not difficult to fix but was inconvenient as it could be recognized on the front end by thermostat as the other steps within the install process.

I thought it was going to be somewhat difficult to install the thermostat but it was very easy to do. The only concern was the wires from the old thermostat not knowing 100% were they will be connected. However, you can call the representative and send them a picture of your current setting (before removing the wires from the old one) and the person at the other end will tell you exactly where they go. The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the "Away mode", 2 out of 10 times works and I think it is a very important feature if you want to save on electric bills.

The ease of installation and the performance as advertised makes this a MUST!

Have you ever laid in bed when it's cold, and you want to turn on the heat, but it's too cold to get out of bed? This is the solution for that. Turn it on remotely with your phone or by talking to Google/Alexa. You can even set it have the house warmed/cooled for when you arrive from a trip. Solid product that tries to lean and adjust itself based on your behaviors.

This looks great on my wall and it is super easy to use. The app allows me to control the thermastat remotely whether I left the heat on while on vacation and need to turn it off or because I don't want to get out of bed to turn the air conditioning on.

Great looking and functioning thermostat. The thermostat can connect to your home Wi-Fi allowing you to monitor and adjust the thermostat temperature while you’re away from home. The thermostat also learns which temperatures you want for different times of the day and adjusts the thermostat temperature accordingly. Overall a great purchase.

Easy to install, works great nice to have remote capability

A must have if you feel like your ac bill is too high , from a click on the app on your phone you can turn it off or on while not being home or just adjust temperature. It also looks fancy inside the house

The Nest Thermostat is amazing. I love having the ability to control my house's environment from anywhere. It makes being lazy so much easier. I had this professionally installed and it they had to do some stuff to make it work properly with my furnace and AC. I'm glad I had it professionally installed.

I was a little hesitant to spend this sort of money on a smart thermostat but I have to say that it far exceeded my expectations. The installation was a breeze and the smartphone app works so well. It's a little early to tell if I'm saving money (I'm sure it will) but I can honestly say that this has to be one of the best home gadgets that I have ever purchased.

Not only does it learn what your thermostat habits are and automatically adjust your thermostat but if you leave the house it will keep your house at the preset energy saving temps. It does this by using your phone. Assuming if your phone leaves your with it. Also you can adjust the temps from any where using your phone. the read out is wonderful and ads to the decor of the house. Love it..
