Easy to install, just make sure you take a pic of your old thermostat wiring before you install, makes it a much simpler process.

The instructions made it very easy to set up. We’ve been using it for 3 weeks now and you can see how much energy your saving when it’s in eco mode.

This has made my temperature control in my house easy! It took 15 min to install for the first one, then the second one (I have two zones) took less than 5 min. I know know all of my usage, can control the temp from my phone, and I have a quick view of the time, weather outside, and humidity inside my house without even thinking about it. If you haven't purchased one of these, do it now. It's groundbreaking for your home.

After about 5-6 days of manually setting temperatures, it is now on cruise control. Great device.

That is until recently, and upon further research the nest thermostats have had and it appears they still have issues with the wi-fi in the thermostat dying. I'm still giving this a decent review as other then the recent failure of the wi-fi in the thermostat dying this has been hassle free and very convenient to use with the app and not having to get up and walk half way across the house to make an adjustment.

I mainly got it for the schedule feature and home away feature, both have saved me the trouble of adjusting the temp through put the day, it does it automatically now and from my phone.

Great Thermostat - Careful Installing

I did not know that I had shorted out my systems and spent hours on it. The Nest online help was nice, but it ended up being a big waste of my time. I had to hire someone to replace the fuse and it worked right away. It is easy to set up and works above and beyond. It is not a 5 star because it is not dummy proof.

The device is far superior to the base model due to this feature alone. On a performance scale the device is definitely a five; however, I had to reduce my score to 4 due to the lack of 5 ghz on a flagship device.

This was extremely easy to install. We've only had it for a few days now, but so far so good. Previous reviews I've read says it's supposed to save you in energy costs over time.. We'll see.
