I was so excited to purchase this for my house; my sister has it, and it's awesome! But I had to return it after my HVAC guy said it wasn't compatible with my system. Such a bummer since it's really a cool wifi thermostat.

I’ve had this thermostat in use for approximately six months. It works great with my dual fuel (electric & gas) system. I love the ability to control this thermostat remotely from my iPhone.

Super easy to install and using it with the app is amazing. Ability to schedule temps throughout the day, eco option for when nobody is home, saving money on heating...cannot recommend more!

This's thing is amazing! There is nothing bad about it. Good customer service and support. Good savings on my gas bill. Good looking on my wall. This thing knows when I am home and when I am away. It's the future.

This is my second Nest Learning Smart Thermostat. I owned one at my other house. When I moved I had to get another one. Nice Thermostat, I would recommend.

Bought nest for mom’s house. Product was defective - battery dead even after charge - had to return and get a new one Installation was easy but connection has to be pushed down position vs nest 1st generation Spend hrs and hrs with customer service by phone to figure it out. Otherwise system is working fine.

I've already installed one at my house. I purchased this one as a gift for my parents. Installation is easy and has videos to follow. Just check to verify compatibility with your system before purchase.

I love this thing cause it keeps my wife and kid from spending all my money in the electricity bill.

Love Love Love!!!! It is great to have with the use of the app. When you are not home you can change the temp and all. Plus you can see the history of how long it is on each day.

I should have got this thermostat sooner, it's so easy to setup and it works with nest protect that makes it even easier to setup

It learns your habits and adjusts accordingly. I dont even have to get up to adjust it anymore I just tell Alexa to do it or use the app on my phone. Already saving me money.

Way easier to use than a standard programable thermostat. The app is sometimes weird about detecting my home/away location but otherwise it's been great. If you can get the ComEd rebate it's $75 off too, which was awesome. Can really help with energy savings in general.

We just moved to a new home and had to buy these. We had 2 in our last house and the ease of set up, the functionality and of course the energy savings make this unit a no-brainer.

This is the second Nest I bought, this is for a home I renewed. It is very easy to install and to configure. I like the convenience to change the temperature setting using the phone or talking to Alexa.

Ok, I get it, I now see why people love this product, it’s an amazing thermostat and it’s sad how excited I am about this thermostat. It has enough wire terminals for HVAC systems with two stage heat pumps and a built in dehumidifier. It’s easy to use, looks nice, easy to program. Definitely worth the investment.
