I probably would not buy it again. As far as what it does, it works fine. But it seems to need to be in a house where everyone’s schedule is consistent. Because we are both retired, and are in and out a lot, the only thing it has ‘learned’ is when to shut off at night. Not really great for our needs.

Very easy to install & program. Now I have remote control of my heat & cooling as well as know if there is an issue.

Use it to control temperature remotely since i live in a 3 story house. Setup Eco mode to save money and gas provides rebate making this cheaper.

Customer service was excellent helping to figure out if this was compatible with my system. Highly recommend. Easy to adjust when you're away, cool/heat the home prior to arriving, ect.

This Nest is amazing! Bought it to automate out home and to be able to control the settings without going down stairs to change the thermostat. I've saved so much money already, its' so much worth it.

If you're handy with tools and basic electrical knowledge, this is simple to install. Just follow directions. The control via your phone is very convenient. A cool investment.

Pretty straight forward and easy to install. The app walks you through it all and helps with what wire goes where. Love this unit.

This thermostat is great for my lifestyle. It has already learned when to turn up and down the thermostat. I love that I can control it from my phone or my voice via my echo devices.

I really like that i can be hands free when controlling this if you have google assistant. I dont have to worry about oh did i leave the air on all nights because of the auto shut off feature it has.It saves money by telling you what temp you should have and when your not home turning the thermostat to eco mode. If you dont know how to wire a thermostat, itll give you guidelines on what to do. Then setting it up is easy afterwards. Only down side i can see is that its really pricey.

The Nest thermostat allow me to control the ac from my phone.

I have not had my Nest thermostats for very long but I love them so far. They are very easy to use and if I get to work and realize I forgot to turn off the heat/AC, I can do it from my phone!

My clients love their new thermostat and love the convenience of using the app and having control from their phones. Thanks for getting it delivered quickly to my clients! One thing I would like is a way to send a gift message with the delivery so that I can convey a greeting such as Happy Birthday, Anniversary, or congrats on your new home! And then to state who it is from. Adding a gift message would be great and make this experience a 5 star. Please let me know if I have overlooked how to do this and I will change my review. Thanks

Love this Nest Thermostat, specially since our thermostat is located in the second floor, I can always change the temp from downstairs without having to move from the couch while watching TV

Prior to installing the nest I had a programmable thermostat year I set my home and away times. This self programming nest works great and has actually saved me between 8 to 10 bucks each week.

I love this thermostat and the connectivity with my smartphone. I've seen a big decline in my energy bills as well. My utility company even offered a rebate.
