My original nest took a cr@p for some reason when a furnace was getting fixed by a tech. So finally got the new generation. Love the bigger screen and integration with Alexa.

I've had this thermostat for over a year now and it's works perfectly. It took me some time to figure out how to operate it but overall, wasn't too difficult.

The technician did an excellent job! The job was done in less than 30 minutes and I haven’t had any issues with my nest.

Bought this for my parents for Christmas. Took about a half hour to install. They're still talking about how much they love it and how easy it is to use. Couldn't be happier!

I have had the Nest thermostat for a couple of months now and I love it. I change the temperature by my phone, it is super convenient.

Easy to use with just a turn of the dial. Lights up when close by and settings very visable. Automatically learns desired settings and adjusts accordingly.

One of the best products I ever bought. Since I installed it at home we reduce our billing. I recommend this product!

This product is great, as it helps to reduce unnecessary utilization of HVAC. It's ability to automatically set a schedule based upon your being home or away is one of the most useful features. Only issue occurred during installation, as the thermostat states that it does not require a "common" (C) wire for power. That is incorrect, as the thermostat does not function properly without one. If a C wire is not used for power, then the thermostat will obtain a charge by sending a pulse to your HVAC unit every minute or so...in my case, this caused my A/C to turn off every minute. I'd say if you can run a C wire or if you have one available, that is the recommended way to install.

Using the remote functions on iPhone app to turn on/ off heat or ac functions if away from home extended amount time. Time will tell how well leaning mode works.

Works good. Able to see how long is the air handler working working everyday. Helps monitor the usage and reduce as needed.

Set up easy for hvac staff, programmed without difficult too. Love having cell phone app for changes. Only wish display screen could have a few more options.

The product seems good so far, but we had to download a diagram to install it and look online for how to use the features. We like being able to change the temperature in the house from our cell phones and it being able to tell when we are home or away and adjust the temp accordingly.

Bought it on sale. Very good Functional. Save my energy a lot. Need one more. Just wait for it on sale again

I tried diferents thermostats, but the simplicity and slick style of the nest, was a no brainer. Controls are intuitive and the reports are a must. Very happy with my purchase.

Literally took 10 minutes to set this up. Learned my habits in about four or five days. Connects to Alexa and is controllable via the app. Nothing to complain about.

Was easy to install. Only been in a couple of days but seems to be doing well. We qualified for two rebates ($150.00 worth) from our local gas and electric companies.
