This product has eliminated my energy conservation stress! It is so simple to install and program. Now I know that the house thermostat is set to the best level based on occupancy and typical work routines. Bonus is the ability to query it and control it with my voice from my Alexa and Google home speakers!

This thermostat seems to work quite well. Much better than the cheaper model. I like being able to just set a temperature an it stays there.

I had bought a NEST off Amazon about two months before I got this one and for some reason it just quit working. Didn't have time to wait for the warranty and bought a new one. Hooked it up and took a few steps with the app on the phone and it was working.

Great product. Easy to install and setup. Simple to program and save you money on your energy bills.

We had 2 Nest Thermostats at our previous home, so when we moved, we made sure to purchase and install in new home! LOVE the control and ease of use! Not sure what the new merge with Google means in regard to 3rd party access, but we shall see...

Was very surprised at how easy this was to install. Nest has really thought this out and invested into designing something that is both easy to install and technologically capable. Features are easy to implement and manage, working seamlessly with Alexa. Liked it so much and both a second one for upstairs!

I have a lot of good things to say about this thermostat and very few bad things to say. Design, functionality are all great. My biggest gripe is that Google/Nest have not integrated this product with HomeKit so I can't use this with Apple Home/Siri. This is a poor decision hence the lower rating.

It works as it should, looks a lot nicer then my old unit. the problem that I have is that it trys to figure out my schedule and I don't have a schedule. I'll change the temp when I leave for the weekend and it will automatically return to original temp after a few hours. Then the next weekend the house feels cold, it changes the temp setting.

I wish we had done this years ago, they work great and are so much easier to use than my old thermostats.

I bought this as a next step in home automation--I'm not yet ready to go all-in on one brand or system. But the deal Best Buy was offering included a Google Home Mini free with this purchase, so it gave me a great way to jump-start the home automation. I found the installation fairly straightforward, but I did need to contact support based on the compatibility assessment steps. This led to them sending me a customized wiring diagram for connecting the base unit to my system. As the installation progressed, I ran into two questions, for which their website stepped me through straightforward resolutions. The smart thermostat is now learning our schedule at home and is connected to our Google Home Mini, so we're able to monitor and control our heating/cooling from our phones or verbally with the Mini. The user interface for this small device is impressive--the screen activates whenever we stand in front of it, and the design makes very good use of the rotating dial and pressing the device to take care of all direct interaction. All is going well so far...

Haven't had a negative experience. We are able to control the temps and save on energy. We can set it up so when we are away it doesn't use as much energy which I love.

Pretty straight forward in swapping out the old with the Nest. Was able to set it up on the Wi-Fi and with Google Home. I can give my Google mini a voice command to set, raise or lower the temp. It's learning algorithm is pretty slick as well. Haven't really had to do anything after about the first week.

Put one in our home a few years ago. Upgraded my mom's houses so she can control the AC/heater even when not at one of them. Easy to install - make sure your equipment can accommodate - and the Nest app is stratightforward - even when managing multiple Nests at multiple properties.

We enjoy the savings and convenience that the Nest system provides. With an app to control the temperature I never have to go directly to the device to change the thermostat. It has the initiative feature to make the temperature adjustments from our patterns of behavior. Love it!!

Amazing thermostat. Setup is extremely easy. You can set schedules and remotely monitor and adjust on the fly via the app. My electric company also gave me a rebate for signing up with this thermostat. Highly recommend.

Easy to use and no C cable needed!!!! I had purchased another thermostat that was not compatible with my unit and the geek squad installer recommended this item which is exactly what I needed.

Much easier to install than I expected, took less than 40 minutes including unboxing, reading instructions, mounting, wiring and setting up. Works great, very easy to see set and actual temperatures. But for us the key is the ability to monitor the temperature when we are not at home.

We just installed it yesterday. The directions were clear and easy to understand. I set it up fairly quickly and have never had experience with this kind of installment before. Love the option to control the temperature when we are out of town for guests that we have staying in our basement apartment.
