We just moved into a new house and our old apartment had a Nest and we had to have it again. The smart features and phone app control and just great and I was able to install it in place of our old thermostat in about 15 to 20 minutes with ease.

The thought of installing this worried me, but Im so glad I didnt pay for the installation - it really is very easy. The setup was simple and the thermostat gets to work right away. My new fav Alexa skill is definitely changing the temperature from bed.

This thermostat works very well and fits in perfectly with our modern design intentions. It has a motion sensor. The only misleading thing about this is that it is a little smaller than shown in pictures.

great product! we love it turning A/C on and off from a cell phone and having to walk up to the room where the thermostat is placed.

This is my third purchase! Set and forget thermostat. Love the smart home integration and remote app control. Really does save you money, which pays for itself more over.

This has been the best tech upgrade to our house we’ve made yet. Easy to use and the app is super convenient. Have really cut down on our power bill since we’ve installed this and have been using it for about a year now if not longer.

When it works, it's great. 4 stars because this is a replacement after the original failed secondary to a known wifi issue with no solution despite being known for years.

after 3 tries of getting the Nest installed, we finally had success. So far so good.

I was unable to set up my 4 wire thermostat using the online utility. I called Nest support and the support specialist was very apologetic and helpful but was unable to resolve my issue after more than an hour of effort. He finally concluded that it was bad and sent me a replacement. This time I called a Nest recommended technician to install it. He initially had the exact same problem I did. I told him it was a heat pump, so he wired it differently than the instructions and it worked. When I was ready to install the second one, I looked at what he did, combined with what I found online, and successfully installed the 5-wire thermostat myself. After surviving that struggle I am now happy to report that they both work very nicely and I have received my rebates from the power company.

Loving my NEST thermostat. I connected it immediately to my Google Home mini. And the Home/Away feature is perfect for when I go to the beach for long trips! My house is always comfy when I arrive!

We bought this product because we needed a new thermostat but had no idea how much we'd end up loving it. So many great features such as learning your schedule at home to adjust accordingly and noticing when no one is home to change to eco-mode.

Good device and easy to install. You do have to know what kind of HVAC systems you have. I did have an issue with mine and Nest support was awesome!

Replaced 1st Gen works very well. It gets trained while you make adjustments and an energy saver.

It works and it works well. It is so easy to change time settings, heating and cooling, and controls well with the app. I'd easily recommend this and make sure to look into rebates from your power company.

You cant go wrong with the NEST! Super smart technology. It learns and recommends what you should do. You also get $100 back in the mail and it looks cool in your home!

I have it for a week and I like it. I like that you can control it using the google home, or by the phone, and for me, this is the win. I play with the setting and, they seem to be really awesome like them.

Great way to start setting up a smart home. Easy to install and easy to operate. Love that you can set it and forget about it. No need to constantly change temperature settings in your house.

We LOVE our Nest thermostat. Being new to full home automation having this thermostat is a must and we can't believe we went this long without one. It will be interesting to see how what if any, the learning feature lowers our bills.
