I purchased two of these. They were very easy to install and work great. They also look great. I watched a YouTube video to learn how to install them and it was pretty self explanatory. The app is easy to navigate. Love the fact that it learns how you like the temp and then keeps it that way to save you money. it also learns when you are away and home via your cell phone to save you money. Love them.

This thermostat took some getting used to. The installation was simple if you are comfortable with wires. The smart eco feature was difficult to use as it would cool our house down to 59 degrees when it was 40 degrees outside. After turning that feature off and manually setting a schedule this thermostat has worked great for us.

Very happy with the purchase. The control that the Google Nest Learning Smart Wifi Thermostat permits is really great. Initially there was an issue with the Goodman furnace installed and no communication or faulty communication to the furnace and vice versa. However, this issue was rectified by installing the blue (common) wire and updating the Goodman firmware via the CoolCloud app. There was nothing wrong with the Google Thermostat - just something that needed to be sorted out. I love the look of the thermostat and the fact that it can be controlled with the Nest app (along with the other Google devices in the household).

I’ve wanted a Nest since the first version, but never took the plunge. Well, last fall I moved and found that the new homes thermostats were not calibrated properly due to age and I finally had my justification to get a couple. They work great and have already saved me some money. They are easy to install (took about ten minutes each for me) and they integrate well with my Amazon Echo Spot.

Looks good on the wall. Very easy to install and use. Lost of other smart devices can be used with it.

This is my second house that I have installed a Nest Thermostat, easy to install and very easy to setup. Not much else to do other than setting up the temperature schedule or leave it alone and adjust it as you go and it will really learn what temperature you like the house to be at certain times of each day of the week. Works great too with the app from a tablet or cellphone, great for lazy people that do not want to get up to adjust the temperature.

I love love love this THING... I used to have a $250 dollars electric bill when I just bought the house.... three months later and bought this thermostat and besides that was so easy to install (I did it myself) my bill now is $170 and I am NOT lying.. It is the best investment that anyone can make.. I can even control the temperature anywhere from my phone.

Nest thermostat tracks my temperature preferences and schedule then programs itself accordingly. I could check the house temperature and turn on my A/C with a smartphone before I arrive at home on a very hot day. I am planning to try a Nest temperature sensor for one of the rooms on the second floor where the temperature is usually 5 degrees higher than the first floor in summer.

Beautiful interface. I love how the display can be programmed to show the current outdoor temperature when approaching it, and then display the expected outdoor temps in the coming hours. This has proven to be a great way to find out about the temperature for the day in the morning and help me decide what clothes to wear! Connecting to home wifi network was easy. Phone app is great. I specifically was looking for a thermostat that offered multiple remote temp sensors. The existing thermostat location in our 1980's home leaves something to be desired. It is in a hallway and never does a great job regulating temperatures in the bedrooms it controls. With this thermostat and the complementary remote temp sensors, it should do the trick this winter to keep heat levels comfortable (full disclosure, this was installed this summer and I have yet to see how it performs during the winter. I will update my review if the experience is anything less than stellar). I still wish the technology were not so expensive. I question the money it will save - but that is secondary to me since the issue with sensing the temperatures in the bedrooms was the problem I needed to solve with this thermostat.

installation was a breeze. The app is easy to download & set up. We were away on vacation right after I installed them & the temps at home dropped to sub zero. I was able to increase the temp in my home from my phone, so i didnt worry about the pipes freezing. When we boarded the airplane for our 2 hr flight home, i reaied the temp so it would be comfortable when we got home. I havent had any bills yet, but I'm sure we'll see significant savings

The Google - Nest Learning Smart Wifi Thermostat is one of the best purchases you can make to save energy in your home! It has amazing features and is very user friendly. It is nice to be able to set your thermostat on the app when you are away all day or forget to do it before you leave the house.

The Nest was easy to install and setup (customer support was really good and very helpful when I had question about my specific HVAC situation). Voice assistant integration is cool with my Google Home. The app is solid too. I really like the design of the product too. The only negative is there a lot of settings and options (which is good) but hidden in a lot of subfolders that can be hard to navigate sometimes.

Reviewed this and the Honeywell equivalent. Read Honeywell no longer updated the software. Easily installed the Nest with color coding. Realized a decrease in my electric bill in the first month. I love being able to control it when I’m not home. Amazed at how quickly it learned my preferences at different times of the day and over the weekend. Have already recommended to others, who are pleased also. Well done Nest!

Easy to install using the built-in spring-loaded clips on the mounting base. The Nest app is really useful to control my AC and heating; the device also has smart technology and notices when no one is at home (which then changes to temp settings to my pre-determined levels to save energy). All of the smart features are easy to override as well - and it then learns and adjusts how it maintains a comfortable temp based on your style.

I've had this thermostat for several months now, and after using almost all the features, I have to say that I'm really happy with it. I use remote sensors to choose which room I want to set at a particular temperature, and it's all controlled really easily on the app (for example, at bedtime I want the bedroom to be the priority room, and during the day I want the den where we hang out to be the priority room). That lets me set a particular temperature and ensure that the room I'm in reaches that temp, not just the area around the thermostat itself. Let's be honest - who cares what the temperature of the hallway might be? We all want the rooms we LIVE in to be the right temperature. This thermostat, paired with a sensor or two, does exactly that.
