    Originally went into Best Buy with the intent of purchasing the nest thermostat E, but wasn’t impressed with its “plastic-y” feel. The Nest Thermostat hasn’t a way nicer look and feel to it.

    Once you figure out how to hook it up the item works really nice. Defaults to heat pump and the directions are terrible. Ended up calling support but after that I was good to go
