Smarter* Nest

I replaced a Gen 1 Nest, so the wiring was not difficult. The biggest problem was the 6 digit combo to enter, mine was XY0GTT. It took multiple tries until I figured out the "0" was a zero and not an O. Someone, smarter than me, should have thought to never to use O/0 in the code. Nest was better as a stand alone company, instead of under Google's umbrella

Great thermostat. Looks amazing on my wall.

Side note, I only hooked it up to use the air conditioner and not the heater. (I never turn on the heater) i think it would work fine with any LG ptac that has remote thermostat capabilities.

Easy to use

Very easy to install and very intuitive. Even my eight year old can use it. Better yet, I can control the device any time/from any place via the app I downloaded to my iPhone!
