Great product to add to your smart home eco system. The google nest has never had any issues and setup was quick and easy.

I bought this to try it out in my house and I have been happy with is since day one of my purchase. it has kept my house between target temperatures and being able to control it from my phone is the best part. The Eco feature of it is awesome as well as the Away feature whenI am not home.

Guys you have to get one of this for your home. Install takes a few minutes. Tech support is awesome. Download the app and control it from your phone. It learns as you go. If you have the alexa you will love it even more. Just tell her to adjust the temperature from your couch. No need to get up.

Ordered this for my parent's house. It was very easy to install and love the modern aesthetic. Easy for seniors to function and the larger number displays helps with my parents' sight. Highly recommend.

I replaced this for my mother. Her old thermostat wasn't ever keeping the right temperature and it was extremely annoying. Since I was sick of walking into a sauna every time I went I decided to pick this up. It was a BREEZE to set up and connected right away to the Wi-Fi. The feel of it is VERY high quality and it seems to be made well. Almost vintage with the dial and bold clicks. She had a difficult time learning how to use it at first but now she knows right away! The great thing about that was when she turned up the temp by accident and I wasn't there I just used the app to make it go back to normal even from 200 miles away. If you walk by it shows the temp and home screen shows outside and inside temps with weather as well. We havent had it long enough to recognize savings on the electric bill. So far so good!

This was easier to connect than the previous thermostat. The nest website makes it easy to check compatibility and install. Once installed just turn the dial enter required info and your done. Have modem password handy. If an error is made just reset and re-enter info. Download the nest app. It helps also.

This is my 3rd Nest thermostat. I love the ease of installation and the money it's been saving me. The ability to control it remotely is a huge plus for me. There are times I turn on the thermostat and forget to turn it off. Nest is smart enough to recognize no one is home and turns off by itself.

my wife helped install. She agreed very easy. Directions go step by step. tell you where to put wires and easy to uninstall if you are moving. When returning from out of town can go on app and start cooling before you get home.

There has been a lot of engineering behind this thermostat. It has saved me 30% on my electric bill. It can learn from your habits by detecting when you are home or away to adjust the temp accordingly. You can manually set the temps and times of usage on a daily schedule with the free nest app. The best features in my opinion are the advantages of controlling your homes environment even when away from home and if you have it paired with the nest smoke detectors it will shut down your unit if smoke is detected to help prevent a fire. You can acknowledge your smoke alarm with the nest app and your unit will restart. Easy installation just make reference of where the wires are connected on your old thermostat and follow the instructions. It paid for itself in 4 month's.

Purchased two of these for my home - though they are pricey it helped my utility provider had a rebate going for each device (installed and registered). I placed the order after ensuring my existing thermostat connection is compatible with NEST (NEST website has clear instructions on its site to check compatibility). The installation itself was a breeze, and being a novice, it took me 30 minutes to install each device. The setup instructions can be done on the device or through the app, and once connected to your home wifi, the device gets registered automatically with NEST. I found the setup very intuitive, and had both the devices functioning within the hour. It has been a couple of months since I bought them - I love the self-learning feature - it sends you alerts on filter change due, and learns and adjusts based on usage etc. It recently sent an alert on my phone that my furnace needs to be checked as it switches on and off frequently - Love that! I am glad I invested my money in the NEST thermostat.

I replaced both thermostats at my previous residence with Nests (Gen 1 & 2) I like the convenience of Wi-Fi and the looks of the Nest. Bought this one (Gen 3) for the new house (have another Gen 3 on order). One drawback is that since my wife and I are home most of the time, the learning function was not too much of a benefit. I just program the times and temps for each day. Only other drawback is that you cannot set a "hold" for the temperature if desired in certain circumstances.

This is a great product. It was super easy to install and the directions online made it simple. I thought since I only had four wires I may not be able to hook it up, but the online set up guide found a way for my present hook up to work. I love that I can control everything from my phone.

First off 250.00 is a lf of money for a thermostat. but well worth it. Very easy to install! It started to learn right away. my system runs less and my house is very comfie!! we will see how the power bill goes but I can bet it will be lower. The design is great. I think it will be a nice addition to our home.

I purchased a Nest Learning Thermostat a few years back. My old thermostat did not fit anymore with my new home renovations. In the beginning it was a love and hate relationship with this thermostat. I prefer my home a little cooler than the average person. I would have to fight with it to stay at my desire temperature. Remember this a learning thermostat and it does learns you cooling/heating habits. It took a few months before it actually got my temperature setting right. My family the loves having the app on their devices. So we rarely touch the thermostat. We love the fact that we do not have to adjust it when leaving or returning. It does this automatically and our electric bill has gone down since installing this thermostat. My thermostat in my second place went out and I replaced with another Nest Learning Thermostat.

Nest was super easy to install and set up! I love that I am able to program it and operate it remotely. It also came with a thermostat sensor. I never would have thought of getting one and now I want more for the other rooms in the house.

Good for those lazy of us, you can control it from the phone and also got it very easily hooked up to google home. Also has a learning feature for those who have it on all the time but its not useful for us as we just turn it off when not using to cool or heat up the place.

I bought this Nest with some gift cards I had and reward certificates. And I have to say, I love it. Installation was very smooth and the website has wonderful resources in case you get stumped. Once installed, set up was a cinch with many ways to customize it to your needs. The Auto-Away feature is great. I love that my apartment isn't wasting electricity while I am away working. The schedule settings allow me to have the apartment cooling by the time I get home for work. I really can't recommend this enough. Perfect for the person looking to expand or start their connected home.
