A very sleek and smart thermostat. Also very easy to install with step-by-step instructions. This is such a great thermostat with a lot of cool features. Great buy!

Works as intented, it was pretty easy install. Live the look of the black color. Like that you can control via the app.

Product comes pre-installed checklist to make sure it is compatible with your existing system which is nice. Installation is quite simple, just make sure you label the wires when you disconnect the old unit to simplify installation. Setting up with home WiFi is a snap. App works great, both iOS and Android. SCE and SoCal Gas rebate clinched the deal.

Very Happy. The Nest delivers as promised. Reducing Temps in the evening and warmer temperatures great us when we greet the morning. The bonus was the ease of installation, I was apprehensive but, installation was easy, and for a guy with 2 left Thumbs, that's saying something.

The Nest is by far my favorite appliance or tool in my home. I couldn't be more pleased. I enjoy everything about it, from it's looks to it's functionality. The best thing is the ability to monitor and control my thermostat from anywhere!

I love this thermostat! Wish I had bought it a long time ago. I love being able to use the app to adjust the temp from bed or away from home. This is very convenient. It also learns when you aren't home and can turn it off. There are so many energy saving settings that it's worth the couple hundred dollars. It also looks cool! Very easy to install also.

Nest delivers with another awesome product. Super simple to install, setup and use. Takes some initial usage before it becomes adjusted to you, but once it does the savings will be reflected in your energy bill. Also, look for rebates from your local energy provider for installing the Nest.

I’m very happy with my choice. It was easy to install once I looked up installing from YouTube. I think nest should create a digital instruction manual to go with their product. Product is easy to use overall set it and forget it essentially.

I like that it connects to my Google Hub. I find it easy to adjust the temperature. I like that it was pretty easy to install.

My existing thermostat system may be different from other homes, but I did not have difficulty installing Nest thermostat on my own. Easy to follow Nest app instructions with illustrations. The Nest itself works perfectly. I could adjust it on the unit itself, my Google Home app, and my Google Home assistant.

We bought a house and the current thermostat was from the 90’s. We decided on the Nest and were so thankful. Easy installation and easy to use. We received a free sensor with the purchase plus signed up for Duke-Energy energy saving during the summer and received a 75.00 gift card. Win win.

Great product over all. Looks beautiful. Only problem was installation was a bit difficult. My advice, watch a few utube how To's, to be prepared. Supposedly 30 minutes to install but it took me a lot longer than that! After installation and downloading the nest app, was so easy. I'm glad I made the purchase.

Very pleased with this Nest. Especially since I do not have a "C" wire that's needed for so many other smart thermostats. I spoke to Nest help desk online BEFORE I made the purchase and they verified that it would work on my system. Easy install. Works great, it learns and functions via my Google Home assistants. No complaints at all.

We bought two of these for each of our a/c units and it works as promised. I like that I can regulate our system temperatures on my cell phone. You can set the temp for either heat or cooling, or pick a range between the two so the changeover is automatic.

Pros: - gives monthly reports of usage. - It knows when you are away (motion detection) and reduces the temp automatically to save power - easily connect to WIFI - Control your thermostat from anywhere - Fairly easy to install a C wire for charging. Cons: - cost - works best with a C wire for charging the battery. Some setups don't have an extra wire to be used for charging. This is the 2nd Nest Thermostat I purchased. I had to install a C wire for each Nest I installed because my setup did not have an extra wire and I live in an area that can get extremely cold in the winter. It was as simple as running a new 5 wire thermostat cable through the holes that already had my existing thermostat wiring. Then I found the C terminal on my furnace and attached the wiring to it.
