Easy setup and install as long as your HVAC unit is compatible (most are) and the wires are color-coded properly. The Nest App provides step-by-step guidance. Clean, elegant, discreet look. Nice to have a rebate from the energy company as well.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing after reading many reviews that a c-wire would be needed in order for the thermostat to work. This is not the case. Connected Nest without common wire for a month and no issues thus far. Works great and as intended.

My friends who have the Nest were always telling me how great it was. I eventually broke down and purchased one. The ease of installing it was unbelievable and I am loving the ease of controlling it from wherever I am at. I am also enjoying witnessing the Nest learn my families heating patterns and adjust accordingly.

It will might help you save money on your heater bill with the built in smart learning capability. It works really well with Alexa. You can remotely change temperature when outside your home. I was easy to install, just need to follow the recommendation in the booklet that comes with it .

This is an amazing device. Nest has made so easy to install and after a normal week of use it knows your routine. If I leave work early I can set the thermostat before I leave and house is just right when I get home. Also great if you travel as you can keep up with the temperature and get set right before you get home.

Hardware Very Attractive High Tech, if not Retro pleasing appearance. Hopefully the NEST App needs to be more intuitive like the replaced multiple "3M Radio Thermostats which operated HVAC & schedules easy with no learning curve at all for years. I am Hopeful NEST Software Development will take a peek at this relevant 3M Radio Thermostat defunct software "App No Longer Supported" as my only reason i had to replace existing no longer working multiple 3M Radio Thermostats with internet Access via it’s App. Radio Thermostat App was real easy peasy intuitive for multiple 3M Thermostats, now NEST replaced still trying to figure out scheduling of Multiple NEST of different locations for online control

Excellent quality and looks/feels very well made. Installation was very easy, and the app shows daily usage and allows to control the thermostat from anywhere. Only improvement I can suggest is a color display.

Love that I can control the thermostat from my app. We have hot water heat and it takes a long time for the house temperature to rise. It is very helpful to have the ability to increase the temperature a few hours before we come home. Eco setting is a challenge. It knows when we go out and reduces the temperature. The house then takes a while to return to a comfortable temp when we return. I will eventually work this out - outsmart the smart thermostat.

Had an issue at first installing which turned out to be an operator error. I did not get the wires right. Once that was corrected the setup is intuitive. It is very convenient to access with your smart phone. Recently added a nest camera and it with the thermostat work together in the app whichis also a nie feature

Love it. Very convenient. It works great. You can control anything from the WiFi and remotely. If it’s getting warm and your pets are at home you can turn the thermostat Down. Peace of mind. Brilliant design and looks great. A+++

But a bit complicated to install so you may need help. The video they recommend you using online is very helpful. Once installed just turn the dial to your temperature you want. Change throughout the day and especially if you are leaving. It remembers your preferences. Even better is you can change it with your cell.

It was fairly easy to install, had to call customer support for installation since my A/C unit had Emergency Heat. Customer Support was very helpful, kind and supportive. I love being able to adjust the temperature on my Smart phone when away from home if I forget to turn it up or down when on my way home.

Easy to use. The memory feature of my typical schedule sometimes gets frustrating cause it’s not the temp I want but you can always override manually. Probably one of the better products on the market. Very easy and clear instructions on how to instal.

It works just like advertised. It looks good on the wall too. It was really easy to install. I did it myself (with no experience) and was able to do it in about 30 minutes. Make sure you use the stickers that come with it to label the wires. I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price. It's incredibly expensive for what is ultimately just a wifi enabled programmable thermostat. I haven't noticed and reduction in my electric bill. It's a fun toy if you have extra money, but not a big life changer.

Great product! Easy to install, setup, and use. I'm already saving money!!! The thermostat learned my habits after only a few days and has already been saving me money. The auto away feature is great as well as the app. Setting up a schedule is super easy.

Absolutely love this product. Easy to connect set with my google assist and is already learning patterns of temps in the house. The ECO mode is great with the preprogrammed settings. Highly recommend. Also Best Buy matched warehouse pricing which was nice and saved me money.

We are big nest fans - easy to use and replaced our honeywell. I installed myself and we have 3! Easy to follow instructions.
