    Got this unit during Best Buy promotion. Easy to install and truly user friendly. Wifey and I are not tech savvy, we now control the unit through our phone via wifi, very convenient when we are at home or away.

    To whom it may concern: I have a Nest device that is less than 2 years old. When I turn the dial, it continues to say, “Please connect to base.” Also, when turning the dial, it then falls off at times. I am a single mother of 2 children and I ask concerned about the health and well being of my children. Can you please escalate this appropriately? Thank you, Carie Finch

    I love this device. It makes adjusting the temperature extremely easy and eco mode saves me a lot of money especially when I am away from home for longer periods of time.
