I use the Nest Thermostat to control the heat in a six family apartment house. I do not live there. Works great. My only criticism is that I can’t tell how many hours of heat I’m using in real time, I need to wait 24 hours to find out how long the heats been on.

The Nest Learning Thermostat is now working properly. I had some initial problems with the a/c system after I installed the Nest Learning Thermostat. The problems were due to low refrigerant levels in my a/c unit and not with the Nest Learning Thermostat. Additional refrigerant was added to my a/c system and the Nest Learning Thermostat is working properly. The a/c tech who came out to look at the a/c system said that I had installed the thermostat properly. I had no problem with the installation. I just read the installation instructions that came with the thermostat and I also watched a YouTube video that Nest had which showed how to install the thermostat.

I got this for my mom who had trouble reading the numbers on her old no-name simple thermostat. She loves it and thinks the app is incredibly easy to use. Also loves motion sensing. The setup was a little strange with our system. Needed to buy a Nest Power Connector but that's because our house has a very strange AC/Heat unit

I purchased 2 of these for my home and they work fantastic! Easy to install and easy to operate and schedule. I recommend this to everyone I know. Definitely a good buy.

This was incredibly easy to install and set up. I can control my comfort level from my phone so I can warm my home or cool my home prior to getting home for maximum comfort.

This is the best thermostat out there in terms of performance and design. Looks and feels durable and very easy to use with the Nest app.

I LOOOOOOVE this thing! I’m not sure if I’ve saved money on electricity/cooling yet bc I have solar and won’t be able to assess that until the end of the year. BUT, it has made our lives so much easier. My husband installed 2 in our home when I was 7 months pregnant, and baby is now 5months old. Having these thermostats have felt like having an extra set of hands. I ask google multiple times on a daily basis 1) what the temp is set to, 2) change modes, 3) set temp. I wouldn’t go back to a traditional thermostat for anything!

Nest was one of the easiest products to install, it took me a total of 15 minutes for 2. Easy to use and provides nice aesthetics as well.

I've had mine installed for about a week and so far I like it a lot. I've used Ecobee for about 5 years and have never liked how the temp has to be changed by dragging your finger up or down. The Nest is so much easier as you just turn the dial on the unit, or click the up and down arrows on the app. I haven't used the programming yet as I want to see how long it takes to 'learn' my schedule.

Easy to self install, set up even easier and after a month it just knows what to set the temp at, very happy with the purchase. Wish it was a little cheaper though

The install was super easy and it looks great. I’m still learning how to work it and the “learning” schedule. It doesn’t help when the weather in Texas goes from 20 degrees to 60 degrees in one day. We’ll see if it actually saves any money on my electric bill.

Very beautiful product for a thermostat. I got it installed but it is DIY also. Its operation is a breeze and very intuitive. It looks like a state-of-art on my wall.

I can schedule cooling and monitor/change temperature remotely. Easy install. With it had humidity function.

Bought this because a friend said it had been terrific for him and I could control it from my phone. It was on sale and I was getting a Google Home Mini also, this could be used to change Nest settings too and I thought I'd place it near the bed so it could control temp adjustments at night. BOY AM I GLAD I bought THIS! What a gem! it can change settings if I'm home or away saving me plenty already. My Best Buy guy was able to install in about 30 minutes, and it's pretty. I recommended to another friend who was remodeling and they put in 2 and separated the house into two zones really saving them money!

I put 4 of these in my vacation rental properties. I can turn the heat or AC up before my guests arrive and make sure it's turned down after they've checked out. Easy to install.

The Nest was really easy to install and setup. Having remote control via app is extremely convenient for turning it up or down while in bed. Also, self learning removes the need to program.

I had installed the Nest Thermostat about 2 months ago. I can say that it's been a great thermostat. Connected it to WiFi with no problem. Love the fact you can see a history of use.

With a month of use, working exactly as I needed. Easy to install; easy phone interface. Has useful historical tracking of system cycle on/off to see effect of interior temp setting and outside temp. I expect to save the price of the unit in electricity with better system control and data.
