Awful product with worse customer service
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolute worst. Bought three to integrate with my smoke detectors. The thermostats could not be added to the same “home” as new devices and a second “home” needed to be created even though they are in the same address. Then when one was faulty after 6 hours of an HVAC technician billing me to troubleshoot (2 of which were on the phone with google support) they agreed to send a replacement. When the replacement arrived it had to be set up on a third “home” as thermostats were not able to be added to an existing home. Now I can’t go more than 3 days without one thermostat dropping its internet connection (making it unusable remotely, which was the point of going “smart”). Purchased these to integrate Smart Home systems and it has been the worst experience thus far. They are not user friendly and do not work as advertised after hours on the phone with tech support. If I could get my money back for them I would in a heartbeat. Instead I’m stuck being frustrated and very disappointed.

Manages your temps for you

The only thing I don't like about it, is that it appears there is not a way to hold a temperature. It changes on it's own. It is probably to keep our bill lower, but sometimes we want to be able to leave it on one temperature.
