I love how easy it is to setup and use remotely from my phone and the computer. Not sure how much money it saves but it certainly makes it easier to keep the AC not running as often as other thermostats. The Auto-Away feature does not seem to work for me, but besides that it is great.

Google has developed a great thermostat! It was easy to install, easy to link to WIFI and very easy to use.

I like the look that nest has compared to other smart thermostats. It's easy to use from your phone and in person with the thermostat.

Simple to use and I love being able to use my phone when I’m away to change the temperature when I forget to before I leave the house.

I have multiple zone heating and had no issue installing this thermostat. Works wonderful and quickly learns our schedule. Worth every penny!

Still learning, but install was fairly easy. Wiring on old thermostat was different but once I figured out where wires went, its been working well.

Very easy to self install. The copper was beautiful on the wall and a major improvement to the broken white thermostat I had when I moved in.

Love this update!! The nest is very easy to install and work with. The app that goes along with this device is amazing for when you need to adjust the temperature in the middle of the night but don't want to get out of the bed. It also will learn your comfortable temperature level in the home and compare it to cost efficient temperature level and give you recommendation temps to save money on the electric bill!

This is something I should’ve bought many years ago. It was so easy to install and works effortlessly. Every time I leave the house it adjusts the temperature to save money. When I return, it says the temperature to what I find comfortable. You can read reports about your energy use and control as much or as little as you want with your phone. Definitely recommend.

What a great way to control the HVAC in your home. I love that it learns my habits for what temperatures I like and that I can pull up the app and view when the heat/cool has been running. NEST has done a wonderful job and I was extremely impressed with the thought put into what was included with the thermostat. Not only did it have the standard things like the thermostat, installation instructions and mounting equipment, but it also had a level, screw driver and a cover plate to cover where my old thermostat had been painted around. I would highly recommend this thermostat to anyone.

Easiest set up I have ever seen. I had one simple question and used the Chat service from the setup on my phone and received immediate and outstanding customer service. It was easy to program and engage. All said, my 12 year old daughter and I had this thing installed and working in less than 30 minutes. On another note, BB dropped the price the week after my purchase and I contacted via the online chat service where they refunded the difference in a matter of minutes. This has been my favorite purchase in a really long time. I recommend for anyone and everyone!

Easy to install. Looks sleek and great. Functions great with Alexa once you get it setup. Quirky at first. Have to disable a couple of times.

The thermostat is a great add for any smart home. It can be adjusted anywhere and you can get a schedule that is comfortable for you without a lot of interaction with the device. It even can detect when you are away and turn itself off automatically. A little pricey but a good buy for your smart home needs.

Easy to install and use. Love being able to control it from my phone. The only thing I dont like is that it seems to sometimes turn on itself even when I dont have it on automatic mode

This was my second nest thermostat purchased. I know have replaced both in my house. They work great and love the online ability to monitor and change via the app.

Our bills have come down considerably since getting this. We adjust it all the time from around the house, when we are out etc. Our Electric company says we are 22% more efficient than our neighbors! With pets in the home, its so nice to be able to check on the temperature in the house to make sure they are comfortable. This has made such a difference. During a recent heatwave, we were abroad and realized the house was particularly hot (no-one (4 legs included) was in the house, but we worried about electrical equipment) and from 4500 miles was able to remotely control our home temps. Amazing!.

Am able to program my thermostat from my cell phone. The design is very modern and matches my decor perfectly without it being big and bulky like my old thermostat.
