Like having it work with Alexa Echo and dot as well as the Nest app on the phone. Also appreciate it switching from heat to cool without a system change like our old thermostat. Kind of pricey, but with our moving toward smart home accessories (Hue, Alexa) it is a great addition.

The nest is one of my favorite systems for the house. I like that I can get summer time rebates for having come at cycle my AC system through the nest app. I like the usage reports that it sends out every month. It is very stylish looking and works great.

Works well and allows easdy changes. Helps improve the ever expanding smart features available to save energy.

I had my doubts that the Nest would live up to all of the hype. However, I found that it met the expectations and exceeded in some areas. I am also a SimplySafe user and was pleasantly surprised how well the two systems integrate to save you money on climate control while your are away.

Easy to install. Looks amazing. The features available are features you never knew you needed. And it’s just so easy to use! I connected two of them with easy and I love how it displays everything that you need to know on the first screen. No clicking around for what you want to see. Like to setting for both thermostats, if it is on Eco mode,etc. also you can set a timer for the fan!!! That is probably the most basic setting that I love because I don’t want the fan on all night.

Love the design love the remote management ability and the reporting. Easy install and wiring. These things Rock!

Definitely the best smart thermostat for anyone that wants one that just works once it’s installed. The contractors that Billy my house didn’t properly hook up the neural wire and that caused issues on initial setup but once that was figured out it’s worked without issue since. Much more reliable than the Honeywell smart thermostat the contractor installed. Could have been partly the wiring, but there smart service seemed to often have issues for the Honeywell that the nest hasn’t had. Smart functions won’t work when the internet goes down, but you can still control at the unit which was not an option with the Honeywell thermostat.

I love my new thermostat. It was a breeze to install (less than 10 minutes). It is really sleek and already is lrarning my habits to control the temperature even when I forget.

The Nest smart thermostat is really efficient. I am enjoying the features. It was easy to install.

With changing everything in the house over to LED, and having solar panels, this was a no brainer. Took 10 min to install and has been great since.

Works well, our previous one was water damaged from a leak and this is a replacement. We have two of them for the zones of our office. I really like the app so I can change settings from my phone.

Swapping out the old thermostat for the Nest was easy and the manual explained the process in a logical straightforward way. The unit senses when we're out and it is also easy to check and adjust from my smartphone. We have not had it long enough to see if it will actually save $.

There was much research when deciding which model and what brand to purchase. This product seemed to be the most cost efficient. The directions were easy to follow to install and set up. So far I'm happy with this item and look forward to the savings on my energy bill.

Great product with useful futures. You can controlled with your remotely. Now I don't have to set the thermostat before leave home, I can control it 100%. Energy bill went down!

Got this for over 60% off with sales and ComEd rebates and has been invaluable in controlling my home cooling. Temperature adjustable from anywhere, fan and cooling scheduling and usage feedback are just some of its perks, and I installed wait myself very easily.

No matter who owns or operates Nest (Google currently), their products are rock-solid and are extremely smart. Easy setup, quality metal construction, and great functionality make this the top choice in the smart thermostat market. If there was one thing that I wish would change, is the silly round design and UI. It works, but everyone else’s screens on nearly every other device is rectangular.

Nest works great. Install instructions with online videos and diagrams made it easy. Using the online information, you can tell if you have a compatible setup before you open the box. The printable diagram then tells you how to wire the the Nest, based on the wires you have.

Perfect so far. Never need to worry about leaving my AC running again. I have 2 units and the thermostats work great. Love just kicking on the AC 30 min before I arrive home. It has a very good programming system, but I'm having to much fun watching with the app I have not set it up yet.

I love being able to see what my current temperature is from anywhere. I had a habit of leaving my air conditioner on when leaving the house and I don't have to worry any more. It's also nice to set the temperature if I'm going to be home unexpectedly. Installation was super easy, too.
